    Apple AirPods Pro gen 2, really good in ear headphones. If you prefer over ear Headphones, I recommend the Bose QC45. Good luck on the fitness journey. I recommend an apple watch to help track your steps and log your workouts. It tells you how many calories you've burnt after whatever exercise/workout you chose. It also tracks a lot of other health markers too!

    Started my healthy journey 35 days ago... its a marathon not a sprint... eat, sleep, excersize all important...

    Yeaaahhh buddyyy. Make sure you understand there is no way you can out exercise a bad diet. Diets is just a bigger lever. Lifting weights is a great second because you will also get muscle and better metabolism.

    Remembered, the gym is great but most of what you can control is in the kitchen. Eat less than 2k calories a day and weight will fall off.

    I mean if you can be as committed to this as you were to finding the perfect hair piece you're gonna be ripped in no time. Just remember calories in, calories out, and you'll be fine. Get a good amount of protein in, make sure you find a weight training routine that you can stick to while you're starting out and you'll see good progress within a few months.

    Just stay of the seed oils and try the carnivore diet before anything else, seems the most promising strategy listening to all the experiences. For bad days use a little bit of kratom to feel more positive and regain motivation (it can be addictive if used daily so be aware), it helped me a lot. You can do it, good luck.

    Dude, there was no need to buy al those things. A simple scale should be enough. And try to do a full body weight training 3 times a week. This way, you can still eat some complex carbs like brown rice and bread and some proteins like meat and fish. Cut down on added sugars. And you'll still gain muscles and lose weight over time. Avoid cardio exercises unless it's for warming-up.
