I'm on beta blockers now and got stints in to clear my obstructions. If u feel any discomfort with ur heart. Get it looked at.

I think it’s time I go to the hospital. I’ve had these weird pain attacks for the longest time and The last time I went to the hospital for it was 2 years ago and I was told I was crazy.
So WHY do I have BOTH Vasospastic angina AND diffuse cardiac fibrosis? If is doesn't cause permanent damage, then what could have happened. Angina is getting worse over the years (happens while moving AND at rest, lasts longer, 3 doses of nitro doesn't help). All I can say is whenever an attack hits, it wears the heck out of me. And I want answers b/c it's no way to live a life.
I’ve just been diagnosed with micro vascular and some variant and vasospastic angina. I had an angiogram last week which is how it was diagnosed. I have extremely unstable blood pressure I’m on a whole raft of medications to try and either stabilise it and at best bring it down and stabilise it. Whilst I was in hospital this past two weeks they had me on blood thinners and two heart drugs and it dropped my bp to my normal levels of 110/80 and it was fairly stable. However because the main arteries weren’t blocked they took me off the clopidogrel and Ranexa and an Ischeamic drug and just carried on with the beta blocker and aspirin. Within 12 hours my BP was back up to 181/115 then hour later 109/75 and within 30 minutes it’s back up to the 170’s/ 110’s it’s crazy. When I was admitted to hospital I was having to take my GTN spray 4/5 times a day whilst in hospital on the extra medication it was down to 1/2 times a day. Now I’m back to my BP dangerously high and unstable and taking my spray 4/5 times a day again ….and I don’t always take it every little pain I have, if it lasts longer than 30 seconds then I’ll take the spray. I just wish someone would really look into why my body’s doing this. I’m not diabetic, never smoked in my life I don’t drink alcohol. Yes I am overweight but in last two years I’ve lost over 3 stone, I have fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, chronic migraines, sleep apnoea, mild asthma, gastric problems which needs fixing with surgery and I’m registered disabled so not as physically active as I used to be. I wonder if a lot of my blood pressure problems stem not from blocked coronary arteries but I have some stenosis in the arteries in the back of my neck going into my head and I wonder if these are the cause of the unstable high BP?
yea the blood pressure can definetily do it trust me that blood pressure makes ur heart work overtime and struggles doint so when it gets tired over time bad things happen

went to an ER and i was treated like crap today ... the hospital i went to i had 2 not 1 but 2 repeat full cut open gall bladder surgeries as i couldn't get it done laparoscopically due to too much scar tissue from prior surgeries for a prior Renel mass and appendicitis in 2014 for a stuck gall stone in my bile duct then 3 years later in 2017 had horrible pain again same side identical to fist gall bladder pain as it turns out they only did a partial removal in 2014 so they had to remove the whole thing in 2017 due to rein infection .. well anyways lo and behold starting yesterday im having horrible pains again and it feels just like gall bladder pain again even though it's not there and it radiates to my chest bone and onto my back between the shoulder blades. no ct scan no mri only an ultra sound and blood work and urine work done ... within 5 minutes of talking to me the LPN was certain it was acid reflux NO NOT ACID REFLUX ... it feels like a clenched fist in my chest and back and while it's clenched it hurts so bad especially to breathe then it releases it will do this about 5 times or so then quits but then comes back worse everytime .. i told her nothing was working for my pain and Alievi an NSAID made it worse ..so what does she do loads me up on toradol an NSAID and gave me throat numbing solution which did nothing to help my chest and back pain but only exacerbated the pain ... she refused to give me an actual pain meds that worked not even an oral one !!! to go home with or treat me with while at the hospital but only gave me more toradol after 3 hours which made my pain so terrible then just writes my discharge as gird... i also have a heart murmur and i get palpitations a lot
