This is literally my exact thought process. Like I know deep down that he'll come through for me just like he has in the past but it gets really difficult to remember that when it feels like my heart can't take another hit. Even then when it hurts, I still believe, I sometimes have my doubts but I keep believing. I even tell him during prayers that I DO understand it’s his timing but at the same time don't. The waiting process is what REALLY tests your faith, especially when some people start telling you that you should move on. Lord knows I've had people say that to me, but something inside me keeps telling me, "keep waiting just a little bit longer"

The likehood is that it will never happen seeing as its take so long already. Maybe he's waiting until humanity is overpopulated so he can make the earth bigger or something. What I do know is that this whole tactic is stupid. The longer he waits the less faith people will have. I lost my faith years ago when I was bullied to the point of near suicide. I would pray everyweekend and sometimes in the week. But yeah, I never got an answer. Nor will anyone. Because if there is a god, he doesn't care about what you want. He didn't even care about all the millions of people slaughtered and raped during the transatlantic slave trade. Nor did he care about all the murder and rape of people from the world war 1 era. He didn't care about the slaughter of almost 40,000,000 Jews during world war 2. He didn't care and does not care. The only thing he SEEMS to care about according to christianty, is your faith. This is literally my exact thought process. Like I know deep down that he'll come through for me just like he has in the past but it gets really difficult to remember that when it feels like my heart can't take another hit. Even then when it hurts, I still believe, I sometimes have my doubts but I keep believing. I even tell him during prayers that I DO understand it’s his timing but at the same time don't. The waiting process is what REALLY tests your faith, especially when some people start telling you that you should move on. Lord knows I've had people say that to me, but something inside me keeps telling me, "keep waiting just a little bit longer"
