This is so helpful thank you! It would be great if the supplies you used were listed in the description as well (not necessarily the brand but just baseline info).
Short and sweet. We have a hole on the ceiling caused by a pinhole leak in a water pipe. This needs to get fixed. Even if I call a handyman to do the job, watching this video helped me to gauge the extent of the work involved and thus size up the potential cost. Thanks.
Just a tip, you dont wipe the stud adhesive on by rubbing/wiping. You dab it on its called walnuts. And you shoulddnt back block with stud adhesive you should use cornice adhesive or they make backblocking specific glue. I just use 30min cornice adhesive. Take it or leave it but thata the correct installation procedure and you really shouldnt be distributing false information and techniques
This is why I find diy so frustrating. Looks simple and easy enough, but then you’ll have people say it’s wrong. Hiring a pro could mean you end up with a cowboy. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. Literally.
Thanks for this, I need to repair the ceiling for my dad. This guy is great, he has such positive energy.
OMG. What an amazing smile you have. Thank God for you, sir. Keep it up.😊
