Your'e absolutely amazing Keep on doing such great videos. I'm totally inspired by your content and I'm looking forward to build my own aquaponik backyard system next season. Much greetings from Germany
Cheers for the content Rob, i just relocated from rural northern territory to south western Australia and had to leave most of my setup which was sad . Just moved a couple of my 1500litre tanks into position on the new block and looking forward to firing up again. Its exciting to do new fish and new plants 👍
Many thanks for all your teaching. Ive setup two chop and flip systems following your videos and the results have been fantastic. Keep up the good work
That's as far as I can go with my time available Rob. I love how once you spend the time to build them and set them up they just produce by themselves!
My name is Bernard Warner i am eatching from Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean i learn so much from just watching your entire show on hiw to setup a Aqouponic system .
Hi Bob, amazing videos, I have just got your online book, thank you. I work in a remote community of worker and I am going to build one very similar to to this build. There is about 8 of us and I believe it should supply enough greens for all of us, especially the Warragal green. I will put fish in the tanks but not sure yet what type, will probably start with carp to make sure I don't lose anything editable plus there are plenty of them down here. Will send a picture once I am finished. Cheers Bruce 😄🌿 🌊
Hey Rob, loved your video and are planning to implement my own system now I have purchased and currently moving to a new property. Heads up your favourite sea side daisy is actually a weed and can be a nuisance in the bush setting. If you want an alternative, you could try paper daisies, which come in various different colours or even better check out what's native to your area. They bring in the pollinators and are great for planting around your vegie patches and fruit trees.
Hi Rob Thanks for all your info I'm just getting started in to the aquaponics seen after my kids requested a pond we live in the UK so it a bit colder that sunny cairns Australia (Where I'm From originally) do you have any recommendations on set ups and type of plants to grow in the UK any info is greatly appreciated cheers Rob
@@nil0bject Sweeping bend 90° that allows water to flow easier. Speciality stores sell them but the big box & local hardware stores don't stock them from what I've seen.
It's best to shop around hydro stores mate. Most will price match so if you find a cheap bulk deal in Brissy see if a local store will match it. 😉 Last time I bought it was $45 for a 45L bag of the Canna, about $40 if I bought 7 or more from a local place that shut down a few years back.
Purchased them in bulk 1 system at a time from hydroponics stores. Best to shop around & get the closest one to price match the cheapest to save on cartage fees or time.

holman make the 90 degree elbows. i've never seen those bends you have, in australia
Loads of folks make the 90°. The dual 45° create a sweeping bend. 😉
@@RobsAquaponics so what's the piece that you mentioned wasn't common in aus?

Hi.. What's the difference, growedia in one container and araft on running water in the other. Pollock.
How do you get clay balls in bulk like that?
