Ishani sees Kabir and calls him to dance with them. Vansh watches everyone dancing, as he is injured he is not able to dance.
Ridhima goes to Vansh and hugs him. Kabir watches Vansh and Ridhima. Ishani says it’s time for a family portrait.
Everyone poses for the family portrait, while Kabir stands watching them.
Ishani says Kabir saved Vansh’s life and now he is also a part of their family. Kabir joins them.
A man aims at Vansh and Ridhima. He shoots the dart, but Vansh notices it on time. Vansh pushes Ridhima, and the dart hits Ishani.
Vansh goes to Ishani and asks her not to worry he will pull the dart out. Vansh pulls out the dart and asks Ridhima to call the doctor. Vansh promises Ishani he will not let anything happen to Ishani and her baby.
Vansh attempts to catch the shooter. Kabir stops Vansh and says he and Aryan will handle the shooter.
Vansh then takes Ishani to her room. Ishani cries in pain. The doctors come and ask everyone to go out.
The doctor treats Ishani, while Ridhima goes to the temple to pray. Ridhima feels giddy, and she falls in Kabir’s arms.
Kabir asks Ridhima to be careful. Ridhima says she thought of praying to god for Ishani. Ridhima prays to god to save Ishani and her baby.
Later, the doctor says it was very difficult to save both the mother and her baby, so they saved the mother. Everyone gets shocked.
The doctor asks the family to handle Ishani. Ridhima asks Vansh to go to Ishani as she needs her brother.
Vansh goes to Ishani. Ishani says Vansh kept his promise, he saved her and her baby. Vansh cries. Ishani worries and asks Vansh what is it. Vansh says he couldn’t complete his promise, he couldn’t save Ishani’s baby.

I felt sorry for Ishani's loss but i hope that she will get to learn with time the devastating effect of loss of our close ones.She might have lost her baby so that karma teaches her of the internal damage she caused Riddhima for rendering her parentless.
Again i hate it when Vansh blames himself for being unable to save his sister's unborn baby which was beyond control.It was bound to happen.I understand his plight for always putting everyone first especially in his family.That's why he feels devastated right now but he also needs to understand that he needs to take care of himself and prioritise himself for once.Him blaming himself might negatively influence Riddhima that she takes some part of his guilt and thus end up punishing herself.He did the right thing saving Riddhima,the one person who shares in her PAIN,who cares most and would sacrifice her own life just for him to be safe.It was the wisest and the closest thing to his conscience at the moment that's why he felt the need to save her first.Deep down,he felt the sense of putting her first before everyone else because he knows she has always put others first.
