You do what you see in this video only difference is you put 3 instead of two, you press the lock button on all 3 keys after that. So yes, you program all together not individually.

You DON’T need to program the chip beforehand. The chip is only for the immo system.

sul mio golf 5 non ha funzionato senza VCDS-VAG.
e senza PIN, non programmare il chip nella chiave.

this is only for remote. no need pin. but for imobilizer chip code you need know pin.

No. You would do this process with all keys present. The lost one would simply be forgotten/ignored/deleted from the list of authorized key fobs.

You would use a tool like AVDI to do mileage correction.
