It took me many, many replays but I was able to get to wave 25 on Trial of Blood with R. Honda (A rank), F.Adon, S.Elena (SS rank) and S.Poison. 1865M at level 412. I forget exactly what EX moves I used but I think it was Cammy/Vega, Toxic Love, and Virgil. If I remember correctly, Toxic Love saved me from Mad Ryu's trigger hadouken and let me push into wave 25
Pika there’s new meta on Trail of blood it does crazy damage. Just saw it on my guild big dogs using it with BeastZ (Abel), FAdon(FBlanka), OG Chun li and Street Poison. It’s all free to play units you gotta try it bro. 👍🏾
Energy is king here. OG chung li does wonders. Used her with F blanca S Poison and honestly don't recall who else, maybe bison and hit 15 billion. That was 30 levels ago and I still hold the top spot.

@xoceme1096 for like the first 7 rotations you do just Chun super and Spoison C1. By then you should have a max bar and that's when you do Chun,Spoison,BGief,Fadon. Watch the enemy's bar so you can interrupt with Bgief when necessary.

For trial I was using fAdon, sPoison, rHonda, and e Ryu. I hit 1002M and my units are level 375

i think it scales with your level ...the more you level up the better the scores

At a certain point in this game, Dhalsim or anyone who does crazy DOT is going to be necessary to progress in PvE. Hes so insane.
