The plunge pool was warm and perfect! There is also a shared pool/lounge area near the restaurant and check-in. We definitely swam in both and if debris needed to be cleaned out, we could request it but the plunge pool has its own cleaning system that periodically came on. There is rooms service, with a menu included on the desk in your room in case you needed anything. We want to go back SO SO SO bad. Worth every penny. We didn’t do inclusive because we felt we could save a little more but being mindful of what we were ordering, which worked out well for us!
Wow thanks for sharing! How would you rate this resort overall after your experience? My fiancé and I are planning to book a honey moon St Lucia. We can’t decide between here for the more personal/scenic experience or Sandals for the more classic Caribbean resort experience.
I also am concerned because I have read some great reviews about food/dinning and excursions, but some not so great reviews about local vendors, noisy beach, and poor/rude customer service.
Hi! I'm not the one who posted this video, but my husband and I stayed at Ti Kaye last year for our honeymoon. Our experience was nothing short of incredible! Everything was spectacular - the staff was kind and non-obtrusive, food and activities were great, everything was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the privacy and how romantic it was! The beach did get cruise snorkelers, but it was never much of an issue. We were also never annoyed by solicitation on the beach; people were selling things, but they were far less pushy than other Caribbean islands we've visited (and the resort safe do a good job of keeping them from bugging you while you're relaxing). In a lot of ways, it felt like the most authentic way we could have to experienced St. Lucia. 10/10, would recommend. We will be back for an anniversary trip for sure.
@@anastashaearl5979 This is invaluable info! My daughter is planning a vow ceremony there at the beach this September with close friends and family. How far of a trek is it from the cottages down to the beach? Is there a little section away from everyone for a bit of privacy? Thanks for your input!
Hi!!!! I had no idea that so many folks would see this video! I’m so sorry for not replying! I hope you went, because I rate it high enough to want to go back again and again! We made friends at the resort and my husband and I still let out a long sigh when we think of this place, wishing we could portal our way right back! So relaxing and beautiful!
I wish I had made another video showing the beach! There are other videos out there that do a good job showing the trek, which can be a bit long from the Nich. The stairs are plenty when getting down to the beach, but there is a wonderful restaurant there that hands down has the best pizza in the world. That’s big coming from someone who grew up with Chicago deep dish and would make pizza her last meal. There is a section of beach that is maintained by the resort, and this is where vendors are not allowed. If you don’t pay attention and just stroll, you will end up at their booths and they will try to get you to purchase their goods. Prime location for these vendors, if you ask me. If you don’t want to be hustled, I would stay within the resorts part of the beach. I would also avoid going on any excursions - they will stop you at a vendor spot on the way to the sulfur springs, for example. There’s an excursion to the market via boat ride, which opens up more souvenir choices, but be prepared to engage with the locals. The resort has a little souvenir shop for folks that would like to avoid these engagements.
I can’t wait for my trip now 😍 it looks so beautiful
How is the private plunge pool? Did you swim in it? Also, is there room service
