S900 Brasiere - Tilting bratt pans S900

Caratterizzate da una vasca completamente in acciaio inox AISI 304 spessore 20/10 con capacità da 80 o 120 Litri, le brasiere permettono diversi tipi di cotture: si può brasare, soffriggere, grigliare e cuocere direttamente sul fondo della vasca.
Grazie all'elevato spessore di quest'ultimo, la temperatura viene diffusa in modo uniforme su tutta la superficie, garantendo cotture omogenee e risparmio energetico.
Il carico acqua posto nella parte posteriore del piano e la conformazione arrotondata della vasca, ribaltabile manualmente, assicurano facilità di pulizia.
Made completely of an AISI 304 steel tank, thickness 20/10, with an 80 or 120 L capacity, the tilting pans allow different types of cooking: it is possible to braise, brown, grill and cook directly on the bottom of the tank. Its high thickness distributes heat evenly over the entire surface to guarantee uniform cooking and energy savings.
The water load tap on the back side of the top and the rounded shape of the tank, which can be overturned manually, make it easy to be cleaned.
