That is a vicious Circle of PNP process, they need something that the employers a re not ready to give. Many employers dont even know about these programs or process. Canadian Govt. or IRCC should first educate the employers about these programs so they can take advantage from it and offer jobs to people. The biggest joke is they say the positions are open but when we apply they straight away reject cuz of visa requirement

Also, I already have 1 year experience in noc 2282 in Ontario. But at shaw my probation period for job is 6 months so do i have to complete 6 months first and then i can apply for Alberta tech pathway. Or i can apply right away. You can but the data you enter in your express entry profile regarding your education may not be accurate. So its better to have assessment done before hand and then create the profile
