The manga established mechanics to explain SSB’s drawbacks. We watched it level up as it became Perfected SSB and then Evolved SSB.
The anime just went straight to a new form without further explanation, the manga took that form and made it part of the overall story arc of the form improving.

In the manga, goku doesn't have SSBE. The only blue forms he has is regular and mastered.
MSSB fixes the stamina issue and vegeta already learned how to use it, before he unlocked SSBE. To put it simply, SSBE is not needed to fix the stamina issue. Its just a form beyond blue but that's it

I always found it funny how some people don't realize Vegeta has blue evolution in the manga like bruh there are colored images with him having blue evolution lol. 9:02 Gonna have to disagree here since goku's hair is still the first version of blue and not dark blue like vegeta also the reason why goku doesn't use kaioken in the manga is because he never shows he can unlike the anime however, in the tournament of power goku is shown able to use a technique similar to kaioken which can be used to explain why later on goku is able to fight just as well as vegeta without him having evolution itself in the manga. I don't recall goku or vegeta using Mastered blue in the later arcs in the manga which is weird since the whole point was for them to learn how to keep their aura in their bodies. #EndofVideoSquad

Like I explained in my original comment in the manga during the tournament of power goku uses a technique to increase his power while fighting jiren which is stated to be similar to kaioken but isn't actually kaioken and goku has never used kaioken in the super manga so yeah he can't.

SSBE is just SSB but grade 2.
Perfect or mastered SSB is grade one being mastered. It would usually go straight to grade 4 but it is a level beyond SSJ so it makes sense its harder to master at that point.
