S3W5 Iowa Prep | Our QB battles through wear & tear | Event Wheel mimics changes to CFB 25?!

- In this episode of our NCAA Football 14 Dynasty Rebuild, we scout the Iowa Hawkeyes! They started out ranked and then went 0-2 to start the season. They are a better team than us on paper and our QB was banged up last week and suffered a minor injury that affected his throw power and accuracy.
Our recruiting board is looking good, although there are some tough decisions to be made. We've got 5 offensive guards that we are targeting that we have good leads on. Our redshirt guards are aware of this. It's never easy to part with guys we recruited, but it looks to be best for the team if they transfer. We were trying not to let that happen, but we can't pass on talented players that can help the team more quickly.

The event wheel is one of my favorite aspects of this dynasty. It's a great way to implement injuries/suspensions where the game obviously lacks. Plus you have all the other potential results/turnouts that keep things interesting. For years I've been thinking of ways to incorporate something like this into my dynasties (I always considered utilizing dice somehow but never dug into it).
Keep up the great work. This dynasty is phenomenal.

@@ObscureVictoriesGaming It looks really good to me. Great variety from the injuries/suspensions (which I think is most vital), to the weekly progression/decline of a specific player.
The game really lacks with injuries to the user (especially with trench players), so I think it's really important to implement a system of your own from that aspect in order to give different personnel a chance.
"The wheel giveth, the wheel taketh" seems to be the status quo and that provides for great balance.

Thanks! Yeah, I've thought about doing just a transfer portal wheel for our team. I don't have it quite dialed in yet, though.
