In fact, you can do everything until the end. All challenges, all friends etc. The game tells you, when you can't return. (before you attack Gaius army / when the portal is opened)

Yes. You have to. In the last chapter, you'll gain a new ability. That will do the trick. :)
It is possible to use the enemy in combination with sandstorm... but however.. thats a 0.01% chance and not worth the time.
You'll get it in the last chapter, it's unmissable (part of the main questline).
You need the flying skill (don't know what it is called right now). You'll get this ability before the game ends - before you approach the final boss.

How do you use the air vent for Spelunky Girl properly? I have tried numerous buttons and combinations and i can't get Dust to catapult into the air like that... :(

Is it still possible to get Bandage Girl late in the game? I've tried doing like in the video but just can't get the needed height :(
Hey, I'm having some trouble getting Number Three. (Bandage Girl)
I'm doing this late, and my attack is really high now. I've took away anything that gives me an upgrade to my attack, but I'm still having trouble to get her. Basically the attack to fly in the air does a lot of damage to the flying things and kills them to fast. (Which doesn't give me enough time to fly up to her)
Should I redo the game to get her and this achievement?
