To me, hypebeasts culture is just big branding culture. Everything is Supreme, to be honest, I didn't even know what that was nor did I understand why it was popular. It's really a conversation I stay out of because I know nothing about it. The Fear of God stuff and Off-white, Yeezy brands are also in that category. Again, mome od these brands I wear and none of them mean anything to me but I'm not about that lifestyle. I just like sneakers 😂

I believe that statement crew.. if it’s not big on the resell market everyone wants it. If u can just purchase it for retail or 10-20 over no one wants it it’s a brick… hypebeast still live in us everyday. U love 4s but if it’s not a hype pair u not copping. We want more pairs but don’t like seeing them sit. If they make too little we get mad and pay the resell and get mad… once an item is main stream the hype dies and something in the cut that the trend setters are making trend is going on.. fire vid bro fr fr

Never got the supreme height and/or hype. I think it's lame.
It was cool until it became cool if you know what I mean. It wasn't so expensive and people used to actually wear it skating and didn't care if it got dirty or they ripped a whole in their hoodie ... Then they stopped making skater clothes and catered to the hypebeasts, and for everyone who was into it before it got so popular, the LV colab was the end of it ... Kinda ironic cause that's when Supreme became mainstream, but the whole reason we liked it was cause that's exactly what it wasn't. We knew it was only as matter of time, they lost focus of their core audience, and nowadays you'll get roasted for wearing it.
@topspot4834 that's what I feel too. Lots of the back in the day skater clothes and "hip hop" styles and jeans etcS all that I still have that never to me went out of style . I bought a Tshirt that $9.99 in 2011 and it's worth to "style brand only kids" I've gotten offered $60. I've got so much of my clothes that I just figured were going to study classic & typical use I see all over the place now. But you gotta admit, we set the forever trends and in just us being casual for what the red carpets are to this day. Idk how old u are but u seem to understand what I mean. I can't wait to see jinko's come back! Oh wait.... 😜. But that was not my style. Moreso everything HH, skater & the useful cargo pants & jeans all the best cheap & not caring for name brands at all. I still don't g.a.s but it's the mighty dollar that speaks for these kids enough to have the best shit from the day they're born that cost what our wardrobes would've been the whole year! Suckers!!! 😂
