My planche lean push ups were incorrect and they’re actually called psuedo push ups, and my pike push ups could’ve been better I just got some feedback from my best friend Christian so I will change that next time guys sorry about that.
I’m glad he does that it means he’s a true friend if he can call me out when I mess up and I do the same for him too it’s ok we’re all on this journey togethe
