This addresses Dr. Sinnghvi- I am sure you are well aware of the fact that first why the law was made that somuch money should be paid and get liqure licence -what was the purpose behind this and cancelled later on. If the intention was wrong, from start then such lawmaker of law should also be behind jail. Because if leader of making laws is wrong, then why blame others. Don't they know that there is temptation involved. Without consideration how can they introduce such laws and donot watch the implementations on them.
