He is still insane don’t let the losses fool you. Salido should have been DQ’d and kept running from Loma after their fight. The Lopez fight was much closer than what the judges made it out to be, keep in mind Loma was injured in the fight and Lopez also wanted no parts of Loma after that. Haney was a straight up robbery, I can’t find a reason to give Haney more than 4 rounds, if I’m generous I could give him a 5th but he never won that fight and also ran from a rematch. Loma’s had a sad career, his skills are top 10 p4p and I can easily see him toy with many of the current p4p guys if that are the same weight, but his three losses exclude him from any p4p conversations and that’s insane.
Loma lost to Teofimo because he waited till the second half of the fight to turn up. Thats bad planning. The Haney fight although Loma did fight harder and land more punches, the effective aggression was Haneys body blows and counters. The Salido fight was definitely BS though.
Loma is and may forever be my favourite boxer. I do kickboxing but even then my style is heavily influenced by him. I do wish he never went up to Lightweignt, though I understand the desire to be the fastest x3 champ and to also chase some names like Mickey Garcia, but I wish he won then went back down to Jnr Light. I don’t think he’s beatable in his original weight class.
my favourite figth of his was against Rocky Martinez, he was on symphony that night and solidify him for me as the best fighter of all time. Not the quickest? Eh maybe not THE quickest but hes not far behind in being the quickest lol The most skilled absolutely. I'd argue the most skilled of all time actually.
My favorite Loma fight was against Gary Russell Jr. Russell has some of the fastest hands in boxing and Loma put on a clinic against him. He avoided so many shots and so many combos it was ridiculous. His defense was spectacular. And Loma was landing at will. Just a special performance
exactly, we truly saw the matrix in that fight. just 0 and 1's. Another example of his next level reaction time was the Teo fight. Literally have to watch it in slow mo to see the actual puches that DIDN'T land on Loma.
Held titles in featherweight, junior lightweight, and lightweight. lightweight is NOT his natural weight class, almost every opponent he faced there was much bigger and taller than him. Yet he dominated the majority of his fights prior to his shoulder injury. I can't stand when people make ignorant criticisms like "he was overhyped" or "he didn't sell". He was never a hyped fighter in that way. He was never mainstream like Canelo or Garcia. He was never much for the show and drama as much as he was purely for the sport and winning. Almost all of his most recognized attributes(technique, footwork, speed, IQ, mind games, etc.) he was one of if not the best at. & its a long list. But hes a hero for hardcore fans or other fighters who recognized his greatness. The idiots who dont even know what good footwork is obviously aren't going to be able to recognize Lomas' greatness.
His footwork wasn't that great, which is why he lost. Mouthbreathers like you are simply impressed by a circus trick. You don't know what good footwork actually is.
@ right, only fought literally all my life, or 18 years. But I’m mouth breathing. Weirdos on the internet assuming things without any sense of reality are mouth breathers. The entire boxing world, in and out of the pro circuit, all raise up Loma as one of the Goats of the sport, and especially of footwork & angles. But sure, you keep sipping that RTard sauce and see how far it gets you in life.
@ there’s a reason he’s considered a “hardcore boxing fans” fighter. People like you who have no idea about him, why he started falling off, his injuries, or the obvious weight class differences, are the only idiots who hate on him. It’s so goofy to sit in a world full of people who agree, and go “☝🏻 nuh-uh” just to seem different. Grow up bro.
@RigRacers It's a fact that his footwork was full of technical errors. Most notably, crossing his feet and his tendency to recover with a rhythm step directly into range. It's that exact flaw that Teo took advantage of. Good footwork isn't about flashy moves or speed. It's about getting where you need to go while maintaining balance and position. Any real boxing afficionado would know that, which you're clearly not. But keep crying and writing your little love letters about your boyfriend Lomachenko. "But you just don't understand"... 🤣🤣🤣 What I understand is that a real GOAT doesn't need a chorus of fanboys sucking him off and making excuses. Pacquiao is a GOAT. Lomachenko is not.
Teo didn’t need to give him the rematch, I wished Teo did and I think he would’ve lost since he fought Loma initially with a injured shoulder but Loma didn’t put a rematch clause in the contract, meaning Teo doesn’t have to give Loma a rematch and he can try to go for undisputed against Haney. Haney didn’t want Teo hence why Teo took Kambosos as his mandatory.
I'm 56 and I'm still in the gym 4-5 Days a week. I used to smash the bags relentlessly, but I'd soon tire. Now in my advancing years, I train more like Loma. In that I take out the power, and instead I throw a high volume of none stop punches. As accurate as possible whilst creating angles. I can do as many as 12 x 3mins Rounds, with high punch volume. Some of the guys will say "You need to light that bag up a bit with heavy artilary!" I never do, and on the rare occassions that I spar those same guys, I can actually light them up, Not because I'm hitting them hard, *(I've never done that in sparring, its a c@&7s trick)* it's more because they can't handle the constant in the face volume of punches and the off line angles. It frustrates them. These are strong guys half my age, I don't want to be tagged by, so I have to keep moving!! LOL I learned to create angles back in the 80s when I met *Mike Tyson* and his then trainer *Kevin Rooney* in *Gleasons gym,* New York, in the mid to late 80s? Kevin Rooney showed me some foot movement which I've done ever since. Which is similar to what Loma does when he moves around an opponent. Tyson did it first back in the day.
The engineering behind this dude career is unprecedented and the first time he actually had to fight a true fighter he lost to never bounce back. Marketing is an amazing tool.
I was watching him and Rigondeaux really close. I was more of a Rigo fan but after what Loma did to him, he instantly became my favorite. Amazing, once in a lifetime kind of fighter.
I first discovered Loma five years ago. They don't call him the Matrix for nothing. An absolute 100% Fighting technical boxer. A joy to watch if you are a true boxing fan. He is the best I have ever ever seen Him and his stable mate Usyk. Slava Ukrainia.
I love how Loma uses angles. Of course angles is a southpaws bread n butter, but Loma has mastered angles. I'm a righty so some alot of lomas moves don't work out the same for me especially in a righty vs righty. But someone I used to film study that used angles often and very well was Orlando Calizales, (who fought right handed) But nobody mastered angles like Loma
God I hate u tube telling me what I can say or not say..u tube sucks...this production however was very well done. Lomo was/ is one of the very best ever. Hope he is well, and didn't get conscripted into the war as cannon fodder...

Loma is the most exciting fighter in boxing today. The movement and technique variety is crazy That guard strip tactic in particular Seeing guys shell up and just get wailed on for a minute straight Would love to see some info on what caused his decline
Loma had mastered distance control and timing. I cant think of too many names that’s this good defensively without sacrificing his offence. Most se him as an offensive juggernaut but his ability to make his opponents miss and pay is second to none, what an incredible fighter. Top 5 best boxer in the 2000s for sure
My #1 boxer of all times. And yet with all that he has achieved I still consider he's reached only 50% of what he could. Injuries, the war in Ukraine, etc... Nevertheless, he's one of his kind.
I got to see him live against Russell jr at Home Depot center it was crazy he had all black shorts no sponsors and only a small group of fans sitting together seemed to be his family or something. I had heard of him but I expected Russell to win. I didn’t know I was watching the beginning of such a special fighter
Ion think I’ll see a talent like loma again in my lifetime, I think when it comes to technique you could say he’s the greatest boxer of all time. I mean seriously put his matches and his performances, the hand speed, counters, footwork, head movement against anybody you want. I guess you could make the point that he wasn’t a knock out puncher but his accumulated damage he puts on people delivers the same outcome. You’ll never see a boxer completely outclass champion after champion. I’m a huge fan of boxing so I’d love to hear other peoples opinions on this and any young boxers you guys are liking who I can start checking out 💯💯
Loma is the first boxer I’ve seen that really struck me as excellent and so far above the competition its insane. Especially in his tru weight class he is unstoppable.
He had to move up just to find competition. He is a very special talent. His iq is among the best ever in the ring. He has alot of experience, that helps.
Inoue started at 108 and 5'5", in his 5th division by skipping 112. Loma started at 126 and 5'7", in his 3rd division. Everyone's body isn't all the same even if they were at the same height.

His resume excludes him of p4p, most boxers have losses
@@jordacai3889 And Davis’ resume is better than Loma’s is it?
Loma lost to Teofimo because he waited till the second half of the fight to turn up. Thats bad planning. The Haney fight although Loma did fight harder and land more punches, the effective aggression was Haneys body blows and counters. The Salido fight was definitely BS though.
Loma plays around too much
Thank you for this treat!
Seen a few Lomo compilations and this one is my favorite, well done.
Thank You TH-cam bricks for shadow banning me 24/7, as of 1.07 and not even a single like
Loma is and may forever be my favourite boxer.
Yeah and if you’re into Muay Thai you can tweak some of his stuff with dirty boxing and the opponent will get all whaaaa
Look how he brings his feet with him to every party. It keeps him in range and out of range at the same time.Work of art!!!!!
my favourite figth of his was against Rocky Martinez, he was on symphony that night and solidify him for me as the best fighter of all time. (Yes I said it of all time) Few fighters has his aggresive footwork and counter punching and he is the greatest amatuer of all time which no one will be able to break it under the new amatuer system
His style is aesthetically pleasing to watch. It's unfortunate that his career was plagued by injuries.
@@gwejay he had one shoulder surgery. I would not consider that to be plagued by injury.
@@gpayne3728 2 shoulder surgeries. One right after the Linares fight (he was injured from round 2 of that fight) and the other right after the Teo fight (he was injured even before entering the ring, he just didn't want to cancel the fight, which was the logical thing to do)
@@gwejay and then the war and the robberies
@@jus1047 Tested by God to the MAX. Loma wouldve been a goat if it werent for these circumstances yet despite them hes still a future hof
There's always a made up excuse he was an average pro hyped up too much
Not the quickest. Not the hardest puncher. The most skilled. Makes really good fighters look helpless
@@motsy15 he’s pretty frickin quick though
It’s like he’s Sonic the Hedgehog when he starts firing his straights, pull hand, hook. He’s crazy fast.
He is fast
Not the quickest? Eh maybe not THE quickest but hes not far behind in being the quickest lol The most skilled absolutely. I'd argue the most skilled of all time actually.
He’s super quick.
Шикарно.. Благодарю за видео!
What I understand is that a real GOAT doesn't need a chorus of fanboys sucking him off and making excuses.
Pacquiao is a GOAT. Lomachenko is not.
Loma is a master of angles and balance in his prime.
Tyvm for the great work champ! Keep it up!
Greatest boxer of alll time
If you blink you will miss that liver shot on Linares
Unbelievable footwork 😮 👌🥊
Loma still got . He got robbed against Haney . If Teofimo would give him rematch .Teofimo would have lost unanimous on rematch
Let’s make all the excuses in the world for Loma he lost to both Haney and Teo
@@Boosiefade123he lost to Teo but beat Haney.
He did not lose to Haney. You're either retarded or you go to Diddy parties with haney@@Boosiefade123
@@Boosiefade123lost to teo with a bum shoulder beat haney and was robbed
awesome video, awesome background music choices. subbed.
He is the best ´technical´ boxer of all time. Just my opinion.
LOL
I learned to create angles back in the 80s when I met *Mike Tyson* and his then trainer *Kevin Rooney* in *Gleasons gym,* New York, in the mid to late 80s? Kevin Rooney showed me some foot movement which I've done ever since. Which is similar to what Loma does when he moves around an opponent. Tyson did it first back in the day.
Takes your breath away just watching.
Most accurate and hardest hitting boxer in a very long time.
The engineering behind this dude career is unprecedented and the first time he actually had to fight a true fighter he lost to never bounce back. Marketing is an amazing tool.
A combination of hand speed ,power, reflexes and footwork like I have never seen.
I was watching him and Rigondeaux really close. I was more of a Rigo fan but after what Loma did to him, he instantly became my favorite. Amazing, once in a lifetime kind of fighter.
Prime Loma was a real joy to watch!! I pray to God that he finds the motivation to fight tank
He really is a powerful fight it was an honour to watch him fight
Lomachenko sparked my interest back in boxing. So talented.
he was beautiful to watch when it came to pure skill, footwork he was on another level the best at his time
I first discovered Loma five years ago.
But someone I used to film study that used angles often and very well was Orlando Calizales, (who fought right handed)
But nobody mastered angles like Loma
Amazing !! love seeing a fighter who can box... and Lomachenko is . next level.. assault master , hope you are alright today ..!?
His movement and footwork is gold
God Lord, what a boxer. He truly dance in the ring, those angles, its like he play now you see me, now you dont
He may be my favorite ever. Best footwork/handspeed combo ever. The Commey fight was a dominant one.
The best of the best
God I hate u tube telling me what I can say or not say..u tube sucks...this production however was very well done. Lomo was/ is one of the very best ever. Hope he is well, and didn't get conscripted into the war as cannon fodder...
Great audio work
Greatest of this generation

Yea they are. But I'm not sure you can put him above Robinson. Wish we could see them face off in their primes
damn, he's killing ppls career, a lot of prospect and promising fighter seems like an amateur in front of him. totally outclassed everyone he's fighting. the way he's moving just really entertaining. he's my goat
a fighter that id never seen similar before. exceptional
Loma is the most exciting fighter in boxing today.
The movement and technique variety is crazy
That guard strip tactic in particular
Seeing guys shell up and just get wailed on for a minute straight
Would love to see some info on what caused his decline
Loma made me as excited to watch a fighter as I’d ever been since watching Hollyfield as a kid.
I was such a fan of the Axe Murderer Nicholas Walters, and Loma made him put the axe down and live crime-free 😂
My #1 boxer of all times. And yet with all that he has achieved I still consider he's reached only 50% of what he could.
Injuries, the war in Ukraine, etc...
Nevertheless, he's one of his kind.
Best I ever saw
Prime Loma is basically the best boxer ever
Lomachenko's footwork and stamina are amazing; it is as if he is a professional boxer who is also a great long-distance runner.
I almost feel bad for anyone who is stuck in the ring with loma
Hermoso video!!! Hermoso!!!
Solid Analysis💯
Beautiful
Loma is literally the same height and weight as Inoue, but beats top fighters 3 divisions higher
hes actually 2 inches taller than inoue, but inoue is has 2 inch reach advantage
@@zhuangcorp Loma definitely bigger than Inoue, just has short arms
Inoue started at 108 and 5'5", in his 5th division by skipping 112. Loma started at 126 and 5'7", in his 3rd division. Everyone's body isn't all the same even if they were at the same height.
Canelo is only 2 inches taller than Loma and is beating up dudes who come in at Cruiserweight.
@@raulramirez9657 Canelo is really good for beating bigger fighters. But I wouldn't call Berlanga or Callum Smith top fighters. They were just big.
