The fact that this young man at the age of 18 and now 24 automatically thought about building a legacy for his daughter. There are guys in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and even 60s who still don't get the concept of building a legacy (i.e. financial ecosystem) for their kids/adult kids. Dontez is different different. This should be the norm. This is how you build an infrastructure for your family.

Great question. Discipline is love. With appropriate and consistent discipline, your child will learn about consequences and taking responsibility for their own actions. The ultimate aim is to encourage the child to learn to manage both their feelings and behaviour.

There is also the belief that the only people who need a prenuptial agreement are those who are already wealthy or who have inherited wealth they are looking to protect. This is not the case. In fact, many couples from all walks of life can benefit from establishing a prenup.

Forgiveness takes time. It doesn't happen overnight. We cannot simply decide to forgive and think that will take care of it. For most of us, forgiveness is a slow process that takes place gradually, often over years.

How did we go from entrepreneurship to baby daddy conversations?

  • @JayAnthony2U

One reason people have a hard time forgiving others is because they are unable to forgive themselves. Forgiveness means choosing to open up to all that is in our lives, including the painful things.

Appropriate discipline teaches kids how to make good choices. For example, when a child loses his bicycle privileges for riding into the road, he learns how to make safer choices next time. Healthy discipline teaches kids alternative ways to get their needs met. Kids need to learn problem-solving skills, impulse control, and self-regulation skills from appropriate training.
