Bayley is without a doubt a legend in this sport. Everything she has done over all these years has just been incredible! She's one of the pioneers that helped shape what the women's division came to be to this day. She's a hall of famer already. Imo she's doing her best character work nd definitely still super super talented in the ring too along with her mic skills. Bayley made a great point about no women's factions. There's been little groups, but never a 5 or 6 member faction. I'd like to see Damage CTRL expand. Anyway, when Bayley is done wrestling she's going to make a great agent, producer, trainer or even commentator. She's one of the best they've got.

What I really appreciate from Ariel in his interviews is, when someone wants to keep something secret, like Bayley did with who her other 2 members of Damage Control would be, he respected that, moved on and didn't press the issue. He did ask a couple of more questions about it, but it had nothing to do with revealing their identity.

I feel like if DCTRL had gone with "the Now," it would have more traction. They way Bayley described it would have prevented the problem of Bayley's feud loss to Bianca. That L made DCTRL look weak, and meant that Dakota and Iyo didn't get the rub they needed from Bayley. If the focus weren't on "control," which is signified by controlling the titles, then DCTRL could just cause havoc without needing the belts for validation.
I'm glad Bayley is thriving as a heel now. Her Hugger gimmick got squandered and badly booked when she reached the main roster. Hugger Bayley could have been a much bigger deal, but stuff like the "Its Your Life" segment and other poor booking choices basically forced an eventual change.
I love Bayley; I always liked her, but she made me a maaaaasive fan during the Pandemic era and I hope Damage CTRL goes down in history as one the longest-running, and greatest ever-evolving factions.
She was nearly 2 years on the top! Becky was pregnant and the pandemic hits. She wrestled at WrestleMania 36 without an attendance, at 37 she didn't wrestle and at 38 she was injured. She deserves more.

Bayley is in my top 5 women in wwe but everytime i hear a wrestler talk about having their ppv “moments” it just gets more and more depressing. The women she mentioned are on Raw all the time now.
