New Competency and Values Framework Summary, Comparison

The College of Policing have recently refreshed the CVF for 2024/25. The existing 2016 CVF is still in use, as forces will take a long time to transition (if at all!). In short, it's very similar to the 2016 version, plus ca change.
While this is summarising how the College describe it, I translate everything into plain English to clarify it all in my premium content. But I hope you find this free video helpful!
