It's easy to understand I guess...he says east west north south of Orissa has different pattern of cuisine and taste north Orissa food pattern is different than south..In south the food is more tangy so they have more of idli Vada sambhar but bhubaneswar has a culmination of taste..it starts at 8 in the morning ..They sell till 2 o clock ...They make it with their heart and soul so its very tasty..They started in 2002 ..It's been 20 years they have been in business..The chutney is also good with the ingredients given ..Hope I am right in translating some portion ..Any Oriya person can acknowledge and give further explanation
