People cafe have good food so do Rocky cafe in old Manali ,I use to hangout at Dylan's cafe just opp the parking a new startup cafe opened not sure if it's there or not they borrowed a nice book abt shangrila ..will visit Manali next month as a traveller I always find Manali to be a place with lot of options to explore ..

Bhai garden mein mostly sab weed hai … pluck em all out and start fresh … weed unaesthetic dikhne k alawa zameen ko bhi banjar banati hai so atleast from the area where you wanna grow stuff , take it out .. could be later on the priority list ofcourse .. you mentioned a maali was coming so I thought maybe this wil be helpful

(It's monsoon ahead), I love the concept of people doing stuffs themselves at your cafe... something really unique...
Try to visit a few of the cafés in and around Manali to understand the Menu and food quality (taste). Observe customers reaction.. Can't explain how, But it helps. I did the same and it has helped me in Bangalore.

Nice to see the over hype of some places... I'm a foodie and would like to eat on the street which is fresh rather than the frozen stuff with preservatives those Momos have come frozen from a factory for sure. Druv and family always give genuine reviews on food I remember another hyped place when they were travelling. similar episode. Yes bakery is a good idea for sure. Also if the cavity or the inside part of ur microwave is burned or rusted basically if the coating is gone then no use of repairing as the Megatron will keep burning coz of the sparking inside.
