I don't believe in a lot of the spiritual concepts you mention but I see a lot of parallels to psychological concepts that I do resonate with. Like the psychological inner child, strategies to treat certain fears and general cognitive behavioural therapy.
Therefore I really liked it! I think science and spirituality don't need to be seen as opposites, they can be complimentary to each other.
You should maybe check out Frozen 2! That movie has some even stronger themes of inner child work for Elsa and finding herself.

I don't know why I didn't get the notification for this video last year but thank you for this video. I can relate to this message because use to have an overactive heart chakra and I would allow so much to happen to me. Then I started to speak my truth, my emotions, and I started to set boundaries. Its crazy the toxic people we have around us when we are "people pleasing". I am grateful to have learned to stand on business.
