こちらのPDFですが、型の①と②を印刷するとサイズが異なるのですが、、、
動画内だとどちらも同じ大きさに見えますが、何か違うのでしょうか？
①と②のサイズが異なるとは下記のサイズで宜しかったでしょうか？
①縦11.2cm×横19.2cm (外側パーツ)
②縦11.2cm×横18.4cm (内側パーツ)
横幅は同じ長さだとカーブする所がありますので①②を合わせた時に窮屈になります。
したがって内輪差ではないですけど内側の方が外側より横幅が短くなります。
その為、少し外側パーツの横幅が長くなっています。
11:07 あたりのファスナーの金具（務歯）を①②で挟みますでその隙間にもなります。

ちなみに
13:35 からのマチ側の①②の接着は少しコツが必要です。（※マチはパーツ⑥）
①②の大きさが違いますので普通に貼ると中央のカーブするところで隙間ができます。
なので①②を両端から中央に向かって接着していきます。
その際、カーブ部分はその少し手前から少しずつ曲げながら革の伸縮性も利用して中央に向かって調整しながら隙間が出来ないように接着していきます。
もしそのやり方が難しい場合はマチを取付ける部分のみ接着して中央カーブ部分は接着しないで隙間を開けておく方法もあります。
隙間が出来てコバの感じが変わってきますが後者で作る場合もありますのでマチ側はどちらを採用されても良いと思います。
細かい所までしっかりお伝え出来たかわかりませんが
サイズに関しては上記のサイズであれば問題ありませんのでご自由にお使いください。

さらにちなみにですが色々作ったり見たりした感じですが、内側のあるラウンドファスナー系だと厚みにもよりますが1.0cm前後、二つ折り財布だとさらにお札等を入れるスペースを考えますので1.5～2.0cm前後、内側と外側の横幅が違ってくるかと思います。
長くなりましたがあくまでこちらは一つの考えとして参考にして頂ければ幸いです。

菱錐で貫通させるときにマチのところに入れている透明な板はなんですか？
ゴム板の代わりに下の革に貫通させないようにダイソーで販売しているPPシート（材質：ポリプロピレン、厚み：1.0ｍｍ）を1～2枚ほど敷いて使用しています。
PPシートは大きいのでカットして使用しています。
