जो कंपनिया MNRE के अंतर्गत कोटेशन डालती है वो इतना कम होता है कि अगर आप जोड़ेंगे तो पाएंगे कि वो कास्टिंग से भी कम है। सरकारी टेंडर सरकारी अधिकारियो के सहयोग के बिना मिलना लगभग असंभव है।
यही हाल सोलर सब्सीडी का है। सभी अधिकृत सोलर वेंडर के ग्राहकों की सोलर सब्सीडी तब तक स्वीकृत नहीं होगी जब तक कि विभाग के सभी अधिकारी खुश नहीं होंगे। हालांकि सरकार अपनी तरफ से पूरा प्रयास कर रही है। पर सरकारी अधिकारी मानते है कि सरकार जो चाहे कहे। पर होगा वही जो वो चाहेंगे।
