Loved his bass playing with The Scream and Racer X. Those were some serious musicians in those bands. I didn't know he was with The Mars Volta until about a few weeks ago. When he got the distortion and wah going, he sounded a bit like late Metallica bassist Cliff Burton. Quite an underrated player he is.

The Octave pedal is not tracking properly. That's why you hear the octave flip back and forth on the slow slide down the neck.
