The biggest issue with the F1 career mode is there just isn't enough young drivers to keep things realistic. You have to make all F2 drivers utilized and just re-imagine themselves as 4-10 years younger versions of themselves. If EA added in automatically generated fictional drivers that would be much better.

I believe for this one, I reduced Ai Team Acclaim. Which is probably why teams were signing free agent instead of drivers from other teams!
