[JUNGBUB TALK] 4535. Leave When You Are Dissatisfied (1_2)

Question 1: In your previous lecture, you taught us when we have complaints about an organization or a group as a member, we should always leave without hesitation for the mutual benefit, otherwise, we’ll suffer even more. Also after we leave, we’ll start fresh from a position which is a level lower than before. However, I’ve seen people who leave their school, work, or retirees drop down to the bottom, not just a level lower. It didn’t always seem like the best solution to leave in such cases. How can we manage our dissatisfaction? And if we have no choice but to leave, what is the proper way to leave?
Question 2: You have told us to leave if we can’t get the key. Is there like a grace period? There must be some sort of a period that allows us to make an effort. For how long can we try?
