Any suggestions for 201 parts flying during production.

@@sanjayramjeea2510make sure your feeders are indexing correctly, sometimes the part packaging pop parts, and check nozzles something. Or your part profile is wrong or wrong part loaded. make sure your feeder table is not loose.

Am having issues with 201 placement only.
Parts flying everywhere for only 201 placement.
The rest 402 or 603 are fine.
What could be the cause.
Asm x series...
Vacuum is good, cal is ok.
New nozzles and also just change the linear bearing

906 nozzels for the 201 parts? hopefully your solder paste is not dry. and board supports
