Export Base Reactions from Staad Pro to SAFE / Import base points and reactions in safe from staad

To export base point reaction from Staad Pro to SAVE follow the steps:
1. Copy the coordinates of the support point of Staad Pro and paste them into an excel file.
2. Alter the values between the Y & Z axis, because in SAFE Z-axis is vertical but in Staad Pro Y-axis is vertical.
3. Select basic load patterns in Staad Pro and copy the reactions of support point, paste them into an excel file and alter the values between the Y & Z axis.
4. Paste the coordinates of support points and their reactions in SAFE through the "interactive Database Editing" option.

Great video. Thanks. One thing you missed is that you need to multiply each reaction value with -1 to convert it into load. As load and reaction always in opposite direction...

This process is ok.. but one problem even after changing Y and Z value is, in ETABS Y starts from down to up and in staad Y starts from up to down.. while importing support points, the whole system is mirrored in safe.. Is there any solutions regarding this?
