Dearest Jennifer, you are the most inspiring woman in our industry! This just "blew me away". It also took me back many years ago to the days when my girlfriend and I were making these felt ornaments and on some we would put magnets on the back to make Xmas fridge ornaments and others for the tree. Of course, back then we didn't have dies so everything was freehand but we had a ball and in fact, I still have a small case filled with supplies, only now, I have dies.....yeehaw! I'm gonna have me some fun!!! Thanks so much Jennifer. Gentle hugz Nancy Lynn
Great job on the ornaments. This so reminds me when I was a little girl and my mom and I made felt ornaments. No dies in those days, everything was traced, hand drawn, cut and stitched by hand. We often used children's coloring books for patterns! Ha! what a fond memory. I think I would like to try these, so very cute. Thanks for sharing.
Stefanie Staniak thanks for sharing how you used to make these - it would make it much easier to do something personal and fun - I’m thinking a friend would really like a sea urchin and another who would like an R2D2, and it would be easy to find something to trace online.
What a cute way to use another way to use another craft medium. What a great way to get the kids involved in crafting!!! We can always count on Jennifer for great ideas!!!
I love these little felt ornaments! How neat that there are dies specifically made to cut the shapes. I had to laugh when you mentioned the floss you have from your cross stitch days. I remember I used to have time to cross stitch before I became a parent. Lol! Great video, Jennifer!
Oh Your ornaments are adorable...you definitely did a super outstanding creative job....gosh you process video sure takes me back to my childhood when we made these felt ornaments . I so enjoyed watching you create them and your sewing is definitely perfect it was totally cool too how you showed two ways to make them! for sewers & non sewers. YOU so ROCK!! Joan Smith
Fantastic Jennifer...just wild. Love these and I can imagine how rich the tree will look that has these kinds of ornaments on them So old fashioned and rich looking. Happy Thanks giving Jennifer for all your hard work. pat
These are just absolutely adorable. I never knew they had these dies to make these. I just love all of them. What a great addition to add onto a gift and to make some for the tree. Thankyou for all the amazing ideas you share with us.
Now these are GREAT! All I've done over the past couple of years is stamping. But this gives me a bit of both and it's something I can sit on my porch in the mornings and work on with my cup of coffee! I plan on buying these dies and tying to a gift tag at Christmas. And although I live, eat and breathe stamping, this would be a nice little change from sitting at my stamping desk every night!
I heard felt paper art from my younger sister ...i made a couple of these .i learnt to embroidery from grannies .so i love making these .i actually made a umbrella n a snowman ..thanks
Great ideas. My daughter, granddaughter, and I use many of my punches to make cutouts for other craft projects. We also use my Cuttlebug to cut out shapes.
These seems so fun to make and they are super cute! Love them all but snowman is my fovorite especially with the word stitched in the front! Such a great idea Jennifer!
I've got to check out these dies. I have some felt ornaments I made 30+ years ago, back when you drew your own. lol My tree is done in all handmade ornaments.
Thank you for your wonderful videos. I think I have watched at least 30 in the last few days. So inspired by what you make and hope to try some of these techniques soon.
Congratulations. They're simply adorable. Thanks for sharing I'm starting in the big shot machine world and didn't know I could work on felt too with this thin dies. Thanks again.
Hi Jennifer ~ These take me back to when I was a kid (a looonnnnnggggg time ago!!). I used to make ornaments like this with my own mother. They're very lovely and fun to get the kids involved with. #sharehandmadekindness
That die cutter machine is too cool. I've never seen one! I'll needed to look into it. You do lovely work. I hope your selling &/or teaching others in classroom!
You are a very good instructor. I really enjoy your videos. After I saw this video I ordered the snowman. They were out of the stocking which I want to buy also. Thank you.
Wow, love all these ornaments. Heading to my Craft Room right now to go through my dies to see what I can use to make my own ornaments. Thank you so much for the inspiration :-))
made sth like these last year, but without dies and a cardstock template, which wasn't very fast or precise or as beautiful as these, alos made coasters inlaid with snowflakes incase anyone needs a few more ideas on top of the ton in this video ;-). love the foiling on felt, never tried that before, but i will!
Got to tell you Your ornaments are so freaking adorable ♥️👍love them all I came this far because I’m looking for a craft that is artistic as well as the perfect deco for art for my new apartment Thank you your videos are very helpful
Hi Jennifer - Since I discovered these on your video, I’ve made a different one each year and sent in Christmas cards. SSS has very few listed now 😫. Do you know who else sells these? Do you know if SSS is resupplying the plush die for more variety? Thanks!! Lisa
Believe it or not, our Church Sewing Ministry is starting on our Christmas Sale items now. Can I use the Memory Box or Simon Says dies on a Sizzix bigkick or Cuttlebugt using felt?
Can't get my cuttlebug to cut out the stitch dies at all. What am I doing wrong? I use an A plate and 2 B plates and my felt and my stitch dies and it doesn't cut at all. I ordered felt from etsy that was a wool blend that is 1.2mm thick. Do you have any suggestions? Do I need a metal plate adapter? I don't mind buying more stuff but I hope that it works. Jana Jahn
All of them are SO cute! I never FELT this inspired!

do you have to have specialised dies or an you use normal ones.
