You guys don’t owe us an explanation. Ken’s passing was sudden, tragic, and a major loss to the culture he massively influenced and cultivated, not to mention the network of friends and family that has been personally affected by his passing. You guys stay strong, support will always be there and we’ll all be here to watch whatever you guys put out when you’re ready to get back to it.
It took me 12 days to bring myself to watch this, and I still cried. I can only imagine what’s going through the minds and hearts of all of you that were close to Ken. May his body rest in peace, but his soul live on within everyone he touched.🙏🏼😇

I cried. Im a 38yo man, married, kids, military helicopter mechanic, about to retire and i build cars on the side. I cried at the end of this, I’ve never cared much of celebrity passing but this one hit hard. I don’t know how else to express how much Ken meant to me other than saying that i cried after watching this. Condolences to his close friends and family.

Used to watch every one of your videos must have been 6 years plus, back when things felt simpler crazy to see you here. We lost such an incredible person with an amazing skill set. He did things nobody has before, he won’t ever be forgotten!

This is the first time ive felt this emotional to someone i didnt personally knew passing away. A lot of us only know a tiny part of who he truly is. For those who were his closest, it might seem we only know him as car nut, insane rally driver business man. But even not knowing him as a mentor, dad, family, partner or anything close, he still had a tremendous influence on us, sometimes more than our own close family members. He truly succeeded in inspiring the world. And I think he didnt really know just how many people in the world he inspired, changed and influenced. We all are glad he became a part of our life in one way or another and he will definitely continue to inspire even more people. It’s taken me over 6 months to finally watch this because of the impact ken has had on my life as a fan and car and racing enthusiasts. Maybe it’s because I’ve been a car guy since I was in diapers and probably even in the womb, but these things always hit me the hardest when they come from the automotive world. Racecar drivers and builders like Ken were always my heroes growing up and usually some of the nicest, most humble celebrities you would ever meet.
This is the only death that has hit me so personally of someone I did not know. Ken will forever be missed. I wish I had 1/16th of the guts he had to live life to the fullest.

That happened to me the first time when Paul Walker died. It shocked me. It wasn't because of the F&F movies either. That's how I heard of him but, seeing all of his charities and how he wasn't "Hollywood" and just such a normal genuine person. I never shed a tear for someone I hadn't met before him, it's happening again.
I remember sitting with my dad on the couch watching top gear at a kid and seeing Ken for the first time. I was amazed, my dad and I then proceeded to find anything we could about him and we absolutely fell in love with ken and the quality of his character. I will never forget the absolute mad lad that was Ken Block.

I've never really felt emotional about the death of someone that wasn't closely related, and even though I never got to meet Ken, he felt like family, this one hit too hard. He has been an inspirational character in my and many others' lives and will continue to do so from beyond this world. A new side of ken block was shown as he brought his daughter into the world of extreme sports and racing. This was the first time you can see how the man is not just on the track but in his life. Man, I feel SO bad for his family. His daughter seemed to be very interested in following in her dad's footsteps. And he REALLY seemed to enjoy teaching her. I have a daughter around her age and I can't even imagine leaving her behind so soon. Ken was one of those people who truly did what he loved for a living. We should all hope to be so lucky one day. He was a true inspiration to me and millions of others out there. I wish the best for the Hoonigan family and for his immediate family.

I’ve never been one to care much about celebrities, but man this one hits hard. He had such a massive impact on my life and my childhood. It brings tears to my eyes as I lay here in my university dorm room pursuing a career in automotive engineering that was inspired by Ken. If it hadn’t been for racing his cars in the Dirt games as a kid, to watching his videos in the early days of Hoonigan, I don’t know if I’d be where I am right now. Thank you, Ken, for inspiring an entire generation of car lovers.

This one hit me harder than almost any celebrity yet. My brother loved Ken Block and hoonigan. He's the one that got me paying attention to what they were doing. He died 5 years ago but I still have his monster energy shirt bc he wore it all the time. In EVERY video I've ever seen Ken was having fun and doing not only what he wanted to do but what he was best at. I knew the tears were coming before I even clicked on the video.. I have never seen Ken without him smiling from ear to ear and laughing. He was truly an inspiration to millions of people and I hope you guys and his family both know that. He really did live his life to the fullest. We lost a great guy and an even better father. He was one of the all time most badass people. He did things that changed the car community forever. I bought my 1st "fun" car because of him and it started a life long addiction to motorsports. He changed my life because every day on my drive to my shitty job I have a smile on my face. Take the long way home boys.

It hit home because I have a 14 yo daughter I have raised all by myself her whole life, and the videos with Ken's daughter racing were just awesome. Enjoy your life, because you just never know.

Not often do I cry for celebrities, but this one hit closer to home. Ken is the reason I got into drifting. The original gymkhana video and watching a few of his early 2000s competitions is what made me really get into cars. We love all of you guys, im sorry for the loss of an absolutely fantastic human being.

Thank you Ken and Hoonigans. The Gymkhana series helped my children bond with their great grandpa before he died, and got my one and a half year old son through his cleft palate surgery recovery. He’s continued to inspire them- last week my 6 year old daughter was making a gymkhana course for her brothers hot wheels. Ken will be missed, and we’re praying for you all and especially his family.
That last clip took me straight from smiling to crying. When I heard the news my mind went from how his wife and kids were holding up, and then to you guys. We're all thankful for Ken in one way or another, but those that are affected the most by this are the ones closest to him. My condolences.
It's hard to see a love one go... as just a guy that saw gymkhana's since day one, saw Hoonigan vlog feat. Ken, besides all the inspiration, you see a smile on his face, every single time. this tribute video you guys did, you see that he was always shredding surrounded by family, or friends, or both. I cried. Im a 38yo man, married, kids, military helicopter mechanic, about to retire and i build cars on the side. I cried at the end of this, I’ve never cared much of celebrity passing but this one hit hard. I don’t know how else to express how much Ken meant to me other than saying that i cried after watching this. Condolences to his close friends and family.

Used to watch every one of your videos must have been 6 years plus, back when things felt simpler crazy to see you here. We lost such an incredible person with an amazing skill set. He did things nobody has before, he won’t ever be forgotten!

This is the first time ive felt this emotional to someone i didnt personally knew passing away. A lot of us only know a tiny part of who he truly is. For those who were his closest, it might seem we only know him as car nut, insane rally driver business man. But even not knowing him as a mentor, dad, family, partner or anything close, he still had a tremendous influence on us, sometimes more than our own close family members. He truly succeeded in inspiring the world. And I think he didnt really know just how many people in the world he inspired, changed and influenced. We all are glad he became a part of our life in one way or another and he will definitely continue to inspire even more people. His attitude and mindset has definitely been spread among lots of people and he will continue to live in their (and dare i say mine as well) hearts. Rest in peace in rally heaven ken

Maybe it’s because I’ve been a car guy since I was in diapers and probably even in the womb, but these things always hit me the hardest when they come from the automotive world. Racecar drivers and builders like Ken were always my heroes growing up and usually some of the nicest, most humble celebrities you would ever meet.
This is the only death that has hit me so personally of someone I did not know. Ken will forever be missed. I wish I had 1/16th of the guts he had to live life to the fullest.

That happened to me the first time when Paul Walker died. It shocked me. It wasn't because of the F&F movies either. That's how I heard of him but, seeing all of his charities and how he wasn't "Hollywood" and just such a normal genuine person. I never shed a tear for someone I hadn't met before him, it's happening again.

I remember sitting with my dad on the couch watching top gear at a kid and seeing Ken for the first time. I was amazed, my dad and I then proceeded to find anything we could about him and we absolutely fell in love with ken and the quality of his character. I will never forget the absolute mad lad that was Ken Block.

I've never really felt emotional about the death of someone that wasn't closely related, and even though I never got to meet Ken, he felt like family, this one hit too hard. He has been an inspirational character in my and many others' lives and will continue to do so from beyond this world. A new side of ken block was shown as he brought his daughter into the world of extreme sports and racing. This was the first time you can see how the man is not just on the track but in his life. I hope that the hoonigan family helps keep her potential open to fill her father's shoes when and if she is ready and wanting to. The talent runs in the family.
To see him and her in her 1st car build series was moving. It showed a side of him that the rest of the videos couldn't.
I hope she continues in the sport because I think her dad would have loved that.

Man, I feel SO bad for his family. His daughter seemed to be very interested in following in her dad's footsteps. And he REALLY seemed to enjoy teaching her. I have a daughter around her age and I can't even imagine leaving her behind so soon.

I’ve never been one to care much about celebrities, but man this one hits hard. He had such a massive impact on my life and my childhood. It brings tears to my eyes as I lay here in my university dorm room pursuing a career in automotive engineering that was inspired by Ken. If it hadn’t been for racing his cars in the Dirt games as a kid, to watching his videos in the early days of Hoonigan, I don’t know if I’d be where I am right now. This one hit me harder than almost any celebrity yet. My brother loved Ken Block and hoonigan. He's the one that got me paying attention to what they were doing. He died 5 years ago but I still have his monster energy shirt bc he wore it all the time. In EVERY video I've ever seen Ken was having fun and doing not only what he wanted to do but what he was best at. Thank you hoonigan for everything you've done and hopefully you guys can carry the torch for a long time.

I knew the tears were coming before I even clicked on the video.. I have never seen Ken without him smiling from ear to ear and laughing. He was truly an inspiration to millions of people and I hope you guys and his family both know that. He really did live his life to the fullest. We lost a great guy and an even better father. I hope they know that none of us will ever forget him or the joy he has brought to all of us. A true legend was lost, but we will always remember him as the great man he was. I just stumbled on to this channel and been binging it quite nicely. Then I find out this guy Ken just passed. It hit home because I have a 14 yo daughter I have raised all by myself her whole life, and the videos with Ken's daughter racing were just awesome. Enjoy your life, because you just never know.

Well said, I was shocked too. I know how his daughter and family are feeling loosing someone that young, that strong is devastating. I've been following him since his his first gymkhana video and his cars and liveries on racing games.

Beautiful tribute guys. I'm not ever really shook when a celebrity dies, but to me, Ken was so much more. He was a massive inspiration and it could not have hit me harder.

Ken was a beautiful man who brought me and my friends together on countless occasions. We would just sit in awe of what Ken could do on and off the track. He will forever be missed. We will carry on the legacy of Ken Block for the rest of out lives. I hope you and everyone else who reads this lives life to the fullest. :)

Not often do I cry for celebrities, but this one hit closer to home. Ken is the reason I got into drifting. The original gymkhana video and watching a few of his early 2000s competitions is what made me really get into cars.

Not gonna lie I bawled my eyes out for a few minutes when I first heard about Kens passing, the only other celebrity I ever cried for was Anthony Bourdain. I don't care about their fame, but their fame is how they were able to spread love and inspire people to just go out and do what they love, to cherish the finite moments we have. Thank you Ken Block. I can't even begin to say thank you enough for letting us in on the personal celebration of life video and releasing the recorded stuff with Ken in it. I think I can speak for everyone when I say we felt like we knew Ken. One of the biggest inspirations in all of the automotive industry. Rest In Peace Ken! It's not goodbye, it's see you later.

Thank you Ken and Hoonigans. The Gymkhana series helped my children bond with their great grandpa before he died, and got my one and a half year old son through his cleft palate surgery recovery. He’s continued to inspire them- last week my 6 year old daughter was making a gymkhana course for her brothers hot wheels. Ken will be missed, and we’re praying for you all and especially his family.
That last clip took me straight from smiling to crying. When I heard the news my mind went from how his wife and kids were holding up, and then to you guys. We're all thankful for Ken in one way or another, but those that are affected the most by this are the ones closest to him. My condolences.
It's hard to see a love one go... as just a guy that saw gymkhana's since day one, saw Hoonigan vlog feat. Ken, besides all the inspiration, you see a smile on his face, every single time. this tribute video you guys did, you see that he was always shredding surrounded by family, or friends, or both. He was living is life to the fullness! I bet if you could ask him how life would be after his departure, he would tell us fans, friends and family "please keep Hooning", "enjoy every single piece of your life...". You got to get yourself together and keep the boat running... You guys are still Hoonigan, his family, the Blocks... please continue his legacy and he will be gratefull that you kept is dreams comming true. I wish i've met him because now that i look back to all the videos and kind words from people around the globe, he was not only "the guy", he was the "cool kind funny person" that inspired a few generations... in a way that i look to my love ones and think that we need to enjoy more, love more, because tomorrow we may not be here... I got to see Ken fly by me while volunteering to flag a rally stage. Crazy how far ahead he was of everyone else in everything he did. Rest in peace Legend
Thank you guys for releasing this, I don’t think I have ever taken the loss of any celebrity this hard but Ken Block was the one man I idolized most and I know he made a huge impact on millions of people that way! I will truly miss him and I pray for his family during this time

I've been telling all my friends and family the same thing It has really been hard loosing Ken .
Feeling the same.. I lost a Hero that sad day. The world lost such an amazing soul that can never be replaced. This one hit harder than anything. I never met the man but I grew up with him in my life in so many ways. This hurts in a way I cant describe.. its like I lost a close family member. He made us all a part of his family and opened his life to us all in a way that can't be replicated.
Fucking hell.. Now Im crying again.

And if Ken was inspired by the Group B drivers pushing the limits, we can just imagine how many future stars Ken inspired with his example.
You guys do not have to explain anything to any of us. If there's a single person here that doesn't feel some of the loss of our legend then they just don't belong here... this is a massive blow to everyone. You guys take as much time as needed to remember your friend. I was lucky enough to meet Ken twice in Shelton WA and watch him and Travis compete in our neck of the woods... he will be missed.
I watch this no less than 3 times a week. Still can't believe your really gone. Celebrities pass all the time and most of us don't skip a beat.... this has been devastating. I feel like I lost someone I knew personally but never had the chance to tell him what they meant to me. I can't imagine what the team is going through. You guys are amazing and I look forward to seeing Ken's remaining content. Thank you and I hope enough of Ken has rubbed off on you all and inspired to keep up his legacy.
