@@raymondsublett3108 I don't claim to be more than an average chess player. But it's a relief for me that even a former world champion blunders a pony fork in time trouble. Magnus and Vishy are without doubt extraordinary chess players but they're human. That's a good thing because chess will never become boring especially in Blitz and Rapid time formats. It's sometimes extremely hard to make good moves in a time scramble even for the GOATS. Why do you react in such a way? I don't want to diminish the performance of both players in any way. I just wanted to state that the last blunder led to the defeat of Vishy...
The fork is not the problem, black's weak back rank, and e6 passer, are the main problems: ...Rxg2+ Kxg2 Qf4 Qe8+ Qf8 Qxf8+ Rxf8 e7 ...is one such line.

The Murkekos Stars game would also suit chess players. It is also an exciting game.

OLD VIDEO
two legends
Absolutely

anand needs to retire already especially after that knight fork
???? Se quedó sin tiempo?? No entiendo el final, el negro tenía chances con la torre y la dama para hacer tiempo almenos y buscar el error!!
Completamente perdido. El peon corona o cuesta pieza.
White's pawn is promoted to queen or Black's rook is lost.
wow many bad moves according to the engine during the time scramble..with the lucky ending for Magnus....to blunder a fork is too much....
Weak comment
@gutschgutscher2609 win 19 World Championships and come back.

The eval was going back between "white is completely lost" to "white cannot lose", that's blitz i guess
The fork is not the problem, black's weak back rank, and e6 passer, are the main problems:
...Rxg2+
Kxg2 Qf4
Qe8+ Qf8
Qxf8+ Rxf8
e7 ...is one such line.
😂
Wow Vishy completed missed rook takes pawn on G5 would've led to checkmate in a few moves right?
No
Who win i dont understand
What do you mean ? Look at the knight on e4, it's forking the queen and rook. So Vishy resigned, you can't survive being a rook down at this point.
@@kaviramyead7987its not the fork only black could took whites queen , then they would be equal material but the past pawn is too strong
@@onurt6397 You are correct
@@kaviramyead7987 The fork is nothing... Rxg2+. The problem is the weak back rank and the pawn on e6:

Why so many blunder
No time to think deep my dear. This is blitz
