I had the 2014 Dunn Vineyards last night. It is fabulously gentle and shows well from the floral nose, wood, and dry leaf. It is a very fine-making cab from Napa.
The '09 Dunn Napa's fruit was sourced from Randy's Howell Moutain Vineyards. They started doing this in '08 with the Napa bottles, essentially making this the second wine to the HM.
Don’t let the drunk guy film
Thanks for showing close-up of the wine labels.
The first two wines are both over $100+ wines now...crazy how the prices discussed in the video were just 7-8 years ago!
what is with the camera work here James? Those closeups are killing me
I'm studying eyebrows from it :| Very distracting!

Really enjoyed this video and the descriptions of the wine.

Suckling - 6 = reality
Nice post! Look Forward in seeing your next one Ciao 🍷🍷🍷
I’ve been off California for a while. Too extracted. I have learned to decant for hours.
i'm a bit late to the party but bruhhh what is going on with that camera action
If I was the cameraman I'd switch the wine out with bottom-shelf box wine and see if they notice
Good episode and good information... I too, do not like the over extracted, big fruit bombs of Cali.
Looks and sounds great!
Someone failed out of film school, and rightfully so.
this video is very old but just want to point out that the rolex OVER the sweater sleeve is a huge D-bag move
Why?
LOL
