Use the road in the hero mansion/ villain gallery. Its indestructible and its texture is mapped so there’s no z fighting when they overlap. You can even build on it like its terrain

They added a prop manipulator and you can use it to make specific props and building pieces indestructible, you can also do other fun things like making it disappear

I am using a prefab island and I want to place a prefab building and I’m getting pieces of the building that are floating and also pieces that are just building into the hillside and it looks like total crap.
