I think the lost numbers souls were stored in origin. The worlds were meant to continue on beyond the reconstruction of origin. The lost numbers were the future, proof that origin would succeed and new souls would be created. Ghondor says that just having the chance to be born again is enough for her to believe restarting time is the right choice. An implication for the player that she live again, perhaps with a different name. Secondly, time needed to be restarted. The fog was attempting to destroy Aionios. We see the fog in future connected. It seems to be the universes away of fixing errors. Time being frozen for so long seems like a big taboo as far as universe rules lol, so even if they stayed in Aionios. The fog, slowly but eventually, would have disturbed the technology and erased Aionios.
Yeah i agree. I think he made a mistake or two, and a few assumptions that aren't confirmed one way or the other, but overall he did a good job with both videos.
This game was great to play! All of the locations and references to the previous games were fun to find and the queens showing mementos from their games were cool as well (Monado Replica xb1) (The framed pic of the party and poppi α xb2)
Both were amazing, thanks for your work. I had definitely missed a lot of things, and the story deserves to be understood. :) Hoping for a video about Riku, this character intrigues me. I'll keep an eye out for it!
Great video. Love the first and second. I always suspected Xenoblade 2 confirm all those universes even Xenogears. This one still blows my mind how they create such a great epic story.
39:39 I just beat the game last night (happy new year~), and needed some better clarifications on Z. BUT I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THIS OH MAN THOSE POOR PEOPLE
None of the countless Keves and Agnus soldiers we cut down while grinding will get a rebirth and a chance to make the choice not to fight. Pretty sad to think about.
Not true. Everyone, even the ones sent off in their homecoming, are made from memories and souls stored in origin. Upon the reboot, they will awaken again ❤️
Amazing video! I have one question left tho (sorry if I just missed it): The whole reason for Xenoblade 3 is, that the two world collidet isn´t it? Or at least where on their way to collide. That´s why origin was build in the first place. But when time resumes, in th eend, how come, that both worlds just continue to exist? Or did the collision happen, the universes seperaed again ad Origin restored everything just like it was so it feels like nothing happend? Where is the cast from Xeno 1&2 in both Xeno 3 and FR? Why do only Rex, Shulk and the children from the main cast exist there?
16:58 Yeah that was fight that killed any enjoyment I could take from the story. End of Chapter 5 was beautiful and emotional but it couldn’t carry this entire story for me personally. I sometimes wonder if this fight had been different and the next big “reveal” had been taken out if I could have enjoyed this games story at least moderately. Oh well. Future Redeemed made it at least worth those 130 hours I spent in 3.
Why do alot of Xenoblade 3 plot summary mispronounces "Keves" as "Keeves"... Like the name was repeated with voice multiple times in the game it's almost impossible to get it wrong..
I'll be honest i was very disappointed that we didn't play as rex, pyra and mythra. I wanted to continue their story. Still really enjoyed xenoblade chronicles 3 though.
I mean... their stories are done. Rex saved the world, and the Aegises stayed by his side. I suppose it would be interesting to see what happened after his passing, since there's no mention at all of the Aegises in this game which would feel pretty pertinent to the future of the Alrest world.
@@TheMysteriouswatcher to me they aren't done. Not even close. They were all super young. That's not a good excuse dude. That's like saying " Oh we don't need to make a second or more than 1 metal gear solid" That's such a dumb way of thinking dude.
I get the sentiment, but I'm happy we got a new cast over XBC2-2. and I understand why we didn't see much from 1 or 2 in 3, they wanted 3 to stand on it's own, kinda like how 2 stood on it's own from 1, and they waited till the dlc to bring 1 into it. I do think we will see the cast from 1 and 2 in the dlc though.
"Lanz and Sena interlinked achieving a single braincell"
Why would you do them like that? 😭😭
I think Taion & Eunie are just a case of opposites attracting. Eunie likes to tease Taion, but it never comes off as malicious to me
39:25 the moment we as the viewers became Mobius and wanted the infinite now

That’s what I thought too. Melia says something about future life being real and during that moment the game shows you people from the city.
Zed thinks he’s sephiroth 💀
For real
Actually Z reminds me of ID from Xenogear, both as the construct purely based on humans negative emotions.
damn what a good story this was

That's facts.
Lmao 12:45 "combining both their strength and intelligent to achieving a single brain cell"😂🤣
So many great parallels to the first Xenoblade. Some of the best narrative writing in any franchise.
Both were amazing, thanks for your work. I had definitely missed a lot of things, and the story deserves to be understood. :)

Xenogears is still my favorite
Great video! Playing through a second time right now and your videos really helped drive the story home.
I loved the story and the way that you portrayed it,
Even if the story ends in the saddest way imaginable.
finally part 2:)
I would love to see a video explaining the hero backstories. And other xenoblade related stuff as well
N really thinks he’s shadow Mario 💀
if planets could edge 😂
How does this impact Lebron’s legacy?
Could you mabey combine vid 1,2 and FR
Great video!! I needed this

z as the first xenoblade antagonist rep in smash bros?!?!
This was really well done! Nice job!

Oh wait, this is part 2? Gotta back it up first.
Thank you SOOOOOO much!!!!

I know right? Also pronouncing "Zed" as "Zee"
cammuravi is a madlad, also you called the mechonis' sword, "the bionis' sword"
Oops
uhhhh slightly confused... so universes A and B are Xenoblades 1 and 2 yeah? which universe does this take place in? a third one?
The two universes merge into 1 for the duration of the third game
Great story, but aside from that. What were the devs smoking when they wrote this?????
😂
Whatever happened to the blades from xeno 2 they counted as life forms right,so wouldn’t they be here aswell?
Nvm the queen is a blade
All agnians are blades

SAME! I was really hoping we could at least get a flashback to them or something, but alas, perhaps in the dlc
@@Maka_J man I hope we get some DLC!
