I had to explain this to my family when it came up as an idea to go. I wasn’t going to stop them but I felt hesitant enough to say I wasn’t going and expressed why. I also have decided not to go to movies I’m not personally excited about and this one doesn’t intrigue me enough to care
@@GhastlyReaper it’s not like I watch most of this channels videos anyway and I had a particular relevant comment to contribute. @Civil_Maniac news flash your in America. Everything you buy was made by someone with questionable moral. Your leading any rebellion cause you didn't watch a superhero movie 😢
@@JerseyBoy489 it sounds like a lot of people had similar thoughts and the movie flopped, really badly flopped. I’m not leading a rebellion, just not putting my money into a project I don’t love. Also, comparing buying anything (including anything locally sourced?) to paying for a movie staring an extremely questionable person is a stretch.
@Civil_Maniac Yea I know you move based on other people thoughts. You think it's stretch huh. I'm sorry every movie you watched, you know everything about actors personal life forgot how smart you were.
I was actually pleasantly surprised by the score for this movie, got massive John Williams vibes from it at points. Movie overall was an average summer blockbuster.
That first speed force shot was an unintentionally hilarious moment. All this build up, Flash doing his pose and... We're hit by a literal PS4 scene. Did the studio think that was a big wow moment? I just couldn't believe that was an approved shot in the movie. I've never regretted watching something more.
I found the movie to be Entertaining. I don't really care about the Ezra stuff. That's none of my business and He is Not the only person that worked on or in the movie. I agree w/ the cheap looking cgi moments but i RARELY go to the movies, so it really wasn't a big deal. It's just not a movie I'll be adding to my DVD collection but I'd watch it again on streaming or something.
I think the issue with Ezra is that its all allegations and not concrete like Robert Downey or the others you mentioned. He actually just overcame an accusation so i think thats why the studio is behind him. The movie itself i thiyght was great despite the obvious CGI problems because i really digged the story. Great vid!
I saw this yesterday, and I do kind of regret it. The movie was just awful in my opinion. I have zero interest in Andy Muschietti's Batman film if this is the level of visuals and action he can deliver. And it does make me angry that it looks like Ezra is going to get away with everything.
Im sorry, I am all for the seperate the art from the artist argument, and the redemtion argument. But I refuse to go watch a movie with this scum of the earth. Just looking into the things that he has done to people its just terrible
yes!! That one man you are talking about just so happens to be the protagonist of the movie and the person with the most screen time. So ya most people don't want to see a child abuser for such a long time (except for some geeks). What i said is also evident in the numbers. Its bombing hard and i mean real hard.

People don't appreciate the way Miller behaves onset, so that and his inability to avoid getting arrested will be his career downfall. Right behind his lack of overall acting range. He can play about one type ("punchable") pretty well, but the rest is kinda weak. If you're easy enough to work with and can put out consistent work, you can make a comeback -- like Jeremy Renner or RDJ. But if you don't have either of those qualities ... It's difficult to hide public indiscretions behind talent when the talent is not especially strong.
I liked the movie. It's a fun origin story, it places Batman in a way that doesn't feel (too) shoehorned in, and it creates an emotional connection with the characters. I don't know exactly everything that Ezra Klein did, so that didn't affect my perception. And I can kind of forgive the terrible CGI. At the same time, this all seems like a denouement for the superhero movies era. "Flash" is one of the last superhero movies I'm willing to watch. I'll be there for "The Marvels" this year, "Beyond the Spider-Verse" and "Joker 2" in 2024, and "Batman 2" in 2025. It still seems like a lot, but there are 16 superhero movies by Marvel, DC and Sony scheduled between right now and 2025. Sixteen! And that's without accounting for still unscheduled movies like "Venom 3", "Shang-Chi 2", "Supergirl", "Swamp Thing", "The Authority", "The Brave and the Bold"... Will people show up for all this?

Same reason I refuse to watch the new Mario movie ( Chris Pratt is the reason) 😂😂 lol I’m not missing out on much if I want my Charlie Day fix I’ll just watch always sunny
Film goers are not helping just Ezra Miller by watching the movie, The Flash. They will be helping the rest of the Cast and Crew earn from their work on the movie.
Exactly. That's what these Overly Sensitive people don't seem to understand. They're willing to screw a whole cast and crew over ONE guy. It's ridiculous.
Honestly this is cgi blind thinking its like Jimmy Neutron bruh you dont know a lasterpiece when you see u you just tryma hate when given the chance to think fore you say

Justice for Ray Fisher
I would watch it if Grant Guston was in it. He was a way better Flash.

There are still channels like The Sci Fi Center that still say “nobody cares what Ezra did”. So shameful.

the movie was awesome
