I would love to know if you can share some ideas I can use to celebrate my achievements every day!!

Here are a few ways that I celebrate my achievements:
      1. Buy myself something special (could even just be french fries lol)
      2. Giving myself an extra day off, just to relax, breathe in my achievement, and I love this because it gives me time to consciously feel happy about my achievements, and reflect on the journey
      3. I also share it with people who I know will be happy for me, and that too allows me to actually feel my achievement
      4. I spend time journaling, reflecting on the journey, specifically mentioning the times I overcame challenges. Words of affirmation is my primary love language so I'm very particular about writing few positive things about myself in my journal (as a third person). If it's a big achievement, I write a letter to myself talking about how I'm feeling in that moment of time.
      5. I video record myself being happy about my achievement, and I just say a few words about how I'm feeling. This has helped so much as I tend to revisit these videos/pictures when I'm going through a rough time in the future.
Here are just a few ways that I celebrate. I guess the bottom line is: What makes you feel loved? What makes you feel appreciated? How would you like someone else to react to your achievement? And then you just do it for yourself. So it'll probably vary from person to person; find what works for you and more importantly, what helps you feel loved and appreciated by yourself.

I'm also thinking, I'll get those star stickers that our primary school teachers used to give on exam papers and report cards! Something for my child self

This was so helpful, as always Prit! I made notes (again) but this time on a sticky note and I'll stick it on my work table to remind myself!
