I believe I have another watch to add to my list. I love the case design. I love the mechics that show more movement than most tourbillon watches. I love that it has a chronograph complication without that being the overwhelming focus of the watch (only one subdial and no devil horn pushers). You'll certainly never wonder how much power reserve you have left. I could wish that to be a retrograde GMT hand instead, but we can't have everything I suppsoe. With all that it remains remarkably easy to actually read he time (you know, the main function of a watch which many makers seem to forget). This is also a lot more obtainable than my grail chrono (Glashutte Panoretrograph). I will say, this is not one to wear if you don't want to have conversations about it, because I suspect it would get some notice.
My only dislike of the El Primero movement in an open heart design is the speed at which it beats. There is a lot of fast action on the dial. Some like that, for me it is a bit fast.
