Can't believe this glitch is not fixed.
Grab a wooden plate/plate and prepare your whirlwind shout to pass through castle Volikar's gate.
The guard doesn't acknowledge you as he should. I think this happens if you visit the castle before finding Serana.

Open console type "tcl", solved.
