So basically this is the top tier build list
Jungle item - boots - jungle item 2 - swift boots - endless battle - golden staff - jungle item 3 and then the rest is situational. I see a lot of top players go defensive items after the first builds.

Golden staff is a core item for karrie.
you only need 3 Mark's to activate passive
