Azzer Wozzer Tozzer (as I call him) has provided the recipe for our "family" brownies that everyone has demanded I make for every family event for the last 20 years. Thanks AWT!

Of course you can feed a family more cheaply than with a bunch of ready meals. Anyone who says different hasn’t got a clue.
Big bag of porridge is breakfast for a week. Make a big pot of soup, is lunch for a week. Then for dinner, either make another soup, or you could make a batch of a pasta dish or stir fry dish. All fresh, lots of veg etc; and all I bet a lot cheaper overall than processed boxes and ready meals.
When you spend £3.50 on a tiny box of corn flakes, and you’re surprised it didn’t last a week…then you really are clueless.

Lee Anderson is correct you can feed the family with onion omelettes with mushrooms which is cheap as chips. But not everyone can cook and malnutrition is still a huge problem even for the rich who don't live to 150 years old which they should given there income. Look, you need the holy grail cup and how to use it which in the future will be given to the poor folk and the rich arrogant basta will die young but stay pretty as Blondie Sang. Hahaha. Look, you need full spectrum vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Hahaha. Go figure.
