The Working Man is Taking Back Philosophy

For too long philosophy and the humanities in general have been lifted away from the average person by the academics.
The working man has more to gain from philosophy than the safe and coddled academic man.

In my view The Gospels, The works of the many incredible Christian thinkers of the Middle Ages and other great religious works like The Bhagavad Gita, The Tao Te Ching and The Cloud of Unknowing’ really give you the tools you need to keep going when existentialism just doesn’t cut it anymore! Especially useful if you’re already grounded in Stoicism.
