LITERALLY. I’m on the phone to a girl I love right now and she was telling me how hurt she is because I said her faith wasn’t genuine and she isn’t truly a Christian because she’s not familiar with the scripture, didn’t know Christ was to be worshipped, didn’t know the Holy Spirit was a person, knew nothing about God’s people Israel or the patriarchs, etc.
She just told me that she feels disrespected that I said she isn’t a Christian because of this, I told her that Jesus would be much harsher with her since he’d be telling her the truth, and then BOOM I see this video in my recommended minutes later.

I suffer from OCD and I obsess over my feelings and thoughts. This has been such a struggle in my walk with God. Thank you so much for posting this. I think this is exactly what the Lord is trying to teach me. Faith over feelings. ❤

As a Christian who struggles with OCD… I learned this… your thoughts aren’t truth and your emotions aren’t truth. Don’t trust your feelings and thoughts, but trust in Gods word and stay rooted in it so confusion cannot strike you!
Same. I think this can be a big part to freedom from ocd. And yes I believe any “illness” can be fully cured. Because with God everything is possible. And who is man to say what is and what isn’t. We are not God.

The fact that I have conversations with God like this almost everyday 😫. The thing is, I KNOW God will never leave me nor forsake me, but I always live out of feelings and emotions, which causes doubt every now and again. This video is perfect timing. I lost my job yesterday and had a breakdown after my time at the gym last night. I went for a short drive and I talked to God just like this. This video, is a response from God. He is listening, he is near and he never stopped loving you despite the situations you get yourself in. He’s so amazing and the best father ever🩷
One thing that really helped me realized that God is always with us is when Jesus prayed for us. He prayed to the father and asked
John 17:21 “that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me”
Jesus prayed for us to be one with him. And we are. God is not someone you put first in life. HE IS OUR LIFE.

This is crazy, the Holy Spirit impresses this stuff upon nearly everytime I I get into my private time with God as well. This video for me is confirmation of what I was hearing through my heart.
More than belief, you need FAITH. Belief comes from intellect and logic, Faith comes from your Spirit. Logic can never combat Faith because Faith comes from inherent truths that are embedded in our Spirit and in our very essence, our DNA. 🖤
You're so right, faith is different from belief. I had faith before I believed. When I first read the bible, my "logic" didn't understand, I couldn't believe, but my soul recognised it's creator and where it belonged, and forced me to keep reading. Then it persuaded me to pray, and God revealed himself to me in prayer. Only then did I believe. Our flesh is weak but our souls know the truth ❤

Overthinking and anxiety
Pray for my family, and my career. God is good!
I feel trapped in a porn addiction and I just can’t get out. I’ve tried. I’ve tried so many times, and I’ve prayed for deliverance so many times, but it hasn’t come. I’ve been this out of self loathing for a long time. I have no real relationships. I’m lonely. I can’t even look a pretty woman in the eyes. Every time I open the Bible (which isn’t much anymore) none of it makes much sense to me and I don’t understand much of it. What little I do understand only makes me feel even more condemned. The law has done its job and shut my mouth, and made me guilty before God, and I do believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for my sins, was buried, and rose again three days later, but I just feel so dirty, and unclean and unloveable that even though it’s my dream to be a husband and be madly in love with my future wife one day I just don’t think it’s going to happen, because the sacredness of intimacy and love has been all, but ruined for me. I feel so lost, and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.
Before anyone replies please don’t tell me I just need to stop, or “repent of my sins”. That doesn’t work. It’s never worked. Telling a sinner to stop sinning doesn’t do anyone any good. I know I’m saved because I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, but I desperately want out of this pit of misery I’ve dug myself into.
And before anyone says “it’s not enough to just believe in Jesus”, or “faith without works is dead”, stop. I’ve heard that all before, and it only made me sink into condemnation and self loathing even more…
My current situation right now is choosing what career I want to do. This is my second time coming back to school & im stuck. I thought I wanted to do medical coding but now I’m thinking of radiology tech. I pray to God for signs and to help decide if I choose that instead of the other one. It overwhelms me too because I don’t know if I’m smart enough to pass all classes or even get into the program. I’m scared to fail & I feel behind in life because I don’t have my drivers license either & I’m not working at the moment. I went to school the first time for dental assisting but could never find a job for me. When this video popped up i was hesitant on clicking on it but I’m glad I did because i am in my feelings. I’m in my thoughts and feelings that I can’t control & it just stressing me out because I don’t what to do in life. I don’t know my passion. I have anxiety as well but I don’t want that to control me at all. I try to pray on it everyday about it & the video explains exactly how I feel. But now I know how to go about it with God & his word. Thank you for reading my comment & prayers are always welcome for my situation 🙏

The lord has talked to me through this video, everything I’ve been going through was exactly mentioned in this video, the lord talked to me through isaiah 41 and has told me not to fear for He is with me multiple times, I’ve been struggling with doubt, I’ve been struggling to be move by faith and not paralyzed by feelings.
Yahweh is so real, we praise a living God who lives between and inside each one of us who trust in Him.

I planning on going to the therapist to handle my intrusive thoughts that i couldnt handle and my anxiety caused by my thoughts, i felt that God wasnt close or i couldnt feel his presence but this came at the right time, I pray that we dont give up and keep on having faith that God will restore us ❤🙌
I’ve been going through the same thing for so long that it feels like the thoughts are so long I can’t feel or hear God. The thoughts scare me and make me feel like the things that have come to mind have separated God from me and I can’t live with that. I’m overwhelmed and tired of these thoughts.

Amen! Lord, you are always with me from beginning to end. TRUST
as a person who once walked away from the faith for this exact reason, i realize that you need to have genuine faith that God will deliver you, even if it doesn't feel like it. That's the point of a test of faith. Hear me out.
Just praying and saying "Jesus is God and will save me" does not account for strong faith, i mean, Peter told Jesus Christ to His face that he would serve Him, only to deny knowing Him three full entire times not even a day afterwards.
You have to genuinely surrender yourself to God. You have to commit to God, even if things that you don't want to happen, happen. Building on your own jurisdiction contrasts the idea of faith. If you fully believe God will deliver you and surrender yourself to this faith, He will.
Have not we all brutally suffered? Haven't most of us here had amazing things taken away from us, watched horrific things and had the same happen to us? Haven't we all writhed in our beds and screamed, haven't we all emptied ourselves, haven't we all felt like we have nothing more to live for? One person will walk away from the structure searching for something to fix their lives, and the other person will be renewed in their suffering. Which one has won?

One thing that i realized about a lot of Christians since i began my walk is that we pray incorrectly or we don’t have the full picture or the correct understanding. From what I’ve learned is that We’re not suppose to pray and hope that one day in the future we will be delivered from whatever we are going through. We are suppose to pray realize that we are already dead to what we are currently trying to get delivered from. We pray as if we have already received what we asked for and it will be given to us.
What the enemy does is make us believe that we are what we struggle with. For example let’s say someone is struggling with anxiety. They usually identified themselves as an anxious person. But that’s not true. Because That’s not who they are if they are in Christ. When you give your life to Christ. That “old you” dies and your new identity is in Christ. You are a new creation. So when you’re able to separate yourself from what you once identified with, you begin to overcome what you prayed to be delivered from because you recognize it’s not you.
So it’s not that we should be waiting on God to deliver us from something. He wants us to realize that Jesus already did it and accept that what he did was enough. This revelation changed everything for me personally. Because i was waiting and waiting not realizing it was already done. It may not sound like that would change much but The truth does indeed set you free.🙏

Praise be to God ✝️ this video was really needed cuz I’ve been searching for experiences instead of God the source of experiences.
Before I watch the rest of this. God has never left me alone. He has always been there. And though it feels like he isn't with me right now. He is still there, every song he sings in my head. Every creature I pass. And though they won't come to me as they once did. Only him and his love are there for me. I am having a really bad time right now. Yet I asked him to see and show me how much love I have inside me for others. And no matter how hard it is, and hiwymuch hatred I feel. He is there. And I get upset & angry because I don't feel loved, or get shown it much. But he shows me how much I love others. No matter how much I have suffered. When I ask and don't feel loved. He shows me how much I love others. And I know it doesn't feel the same as someone giving me a hug and loving me. But when I stop and remover, he shows me how much he really love me. Because I can still feel love for others.
I really want this to reach some one because I dealt with feeling over faith and it took a big toll on me mentally. But I realized that I have to realize the reality/truth and truth will alway be the truth and feelings are always changing and unreliable. I hope those that are overthinking it just take a moment and take a deep breath and realize. God bless, love you!

I needed this fr.. i kinda was struggling with faith i can say that this was literally god speaking to me to not worry. The crazy part is that the next day when i started to study a bit my bible in chapter 12 of luke there was a part where jesus told his disciples to not be anxious of anything... And realize how god feeds the birds and how we are more valueble than a bird and that god will always care for us. And provide for us.. :)) and being honest this was a way to realize that god cares about my anxiety and that he wants me to trust him in everything...

Yea it is...I used to be there. I started fasting to tap into my spirit man and while praying for Him to talk to me in a way that I would hear and listen to Him and boom the noise of my flesh quieted down so I could hear Him. Don't tap out.
@@LaurenIsraeli’m just now considering fasting, i’ve been dealing with terrible panic attacks yet the Lord answered my pleas with His everlasting grace. i really need to become closer to God, this comment cemented it for me. i’ll be fasting as well brother and I know the Lord will answer my prayers.
I pray and read the Bible together. Often He answers through the scripture after I ask him questions. I've had it happen so many times now, it can't be a coincidence. After you pray and before you go to read, ask Him to let you see the scriptures and His intent through His eyes, and all for the grace of the Holy Spirit to have scriptures draw your eye if He wants them to stand out to you. You can only hear and understand God when you are silent and present in the moment plus you need to humble yourself ( if in the instant you read this felt resistance means you haven’t humble , pride is snicky we want to be right always )and ask him for guidence
