- A softly spoken reading of the original Frozen fairytale, The Snow Queen. This relaxing bedtime story also features a few bits of light whispering, nature sounds, wind, and a bit of hair brushing.
This story took quite a few takes and edits - I didn't realize until later that I had mispronounced the name of one of the characters, Kay, and so I had to go in after I’d finished it to redo those lines… about fifty times! That is why some of the time my voice may not sound cohesive - I did my best to make it sound alright!
I do like this story quite a bit, because it’s long, and it has a happy ending, though there’s a bit of violence in some places (but not nearly as bad as other fairy tales we’ve read!). It’s very interesting that the Disney version of this story is so vastly different, but hearing the original story, you can definitely see the inspiration. I do very much hope you enjoy this softly spoken bedtime story, and you manage to have a wonderful and restful weekend!

I seriously cannot find a single asmr channel that helps me relax with a story telling, except for yours. The way you tell stories just is so passionate and so relaxing at the same time that it can't be seen anywhere else.

Hi Grace, you are the best at story telling. I've heard most of the others here, I hate whispering voices throughout an entire story. The often use and the men have gruff or effeminate ones. I hate the way they turn the pages loudly too and I do get this is about sensory stimulation but I don't like them generally and some resders, just don't read normally and even if they do, tgeir voices are monotone! I would love you to record more books like Rumilstiltskin, Peter Pan, Robinson Crueso, A Journey to the Centre of the Earth but in their shorter, child friendly versions. I have heard yours over and over by now! If you would ever consider recording stories for me, I'd happily pay you for that on CD. I'd love to hear you read some Aesop's Fables and novels too. Your voice really helps with my anxiety and severe mood swings too. Thank you for that. Do you have a po box address please as, I'd like to send you a gift from Amazon.
