What thoughts went into making it? To investigate, I've analysed main rhythmical aspects of this masterpiece.

The only rhythm I would've even tried making a guess on is the vocals, which would've been 4th notes but apparently I was wrong on that too, fucking hell.

I think its time signature or some like that
Those are "Beat Snap Divisor" in osu! terminology. Basically they indicate in how many pieces did a single beat get divided.
For example, 1/4 means a single beat is divided into 4 pieces, thus 16th notes. 1/8 is 32nd, 1/12 is 48th, etc.
if Ka had an actual translation, it would probably mean "polyrhythm"

The song is named after an alleged Japanese kanji that means nothing and seems to have been put into computer encoding by mistake.
That such a thing can even be made remotely listenable is a feat all its own.
