Ike once did not eat/sleep for 48 hours and eventually throw up through blood

i can't beleive how casually ike san said that i mean i know when you are burdened with work you forget to eat i mean i actually forget to eat meal's and drink water like even in normal days but i at the very least sleep a bit but he didin't ate or slept for 48 hour's and he even coughed up blood that's not ok not even a little bit like when i get sick i usually dont eat bcs i dont feel like eating but ike san OMG i only wanna say this that may god help him and that something like this never happen again and thi is not only for him its for everyone watching plss dont do these kinds of things to your body you will have to answer abt neglecting to take care of you'r health to god may god keep everyone out there healthy wheather it's mentally or physiclaly
