I’m such a fan of limited second floors, one bedroom and a bathroom. Maybe because of ease of gameplay but I grew up in a ranch and I just love everything being on one floor
I know this is a beach house and the last summer build… but if you wanted to do another, the beach house from the tv show The Summer I Turned Pretty may be my favorite fictional home ever and I know you’d do an amazing job recreating it!
The narration of your Kittens adventures are also funny🐱🙃
The levels and the paneling look so good! The interior looks great but I think the exterior of this lot is especially interesting, realistic, and beautiful.
I love this vacation home - i would rent it IRL! In my area the days are super long in the summer and crazy short in the winter. It can get a bit depressing in the winter because of that - you almost never see any light. So I adore the summer. Thanks for making this great build! It looks so cozy!
A few ideas for community lots: an 80s inspired jazzercise/yoga studio, an old barn that’s been used for punk/rock shows, a junkyard that may or may not be the location for conspiracy theorists to have meetings, a strangerville-inspired cryptozoology museum, an elder-specific community center! We definitely don’t have enough stuff for elders even after like 10 years and it makes me so sad. But your build videos are always so nice and calming to watch, I hope these ideas help! 💕
Love the build as always (very cute!), but my favorite part of the video was the kitten commentary! I understand the urge to apologize for pets - when I facilitated some corporate trainings over zoom in the early lockdown days, my cats were regular surprise guests.
Since you have a new kitty, I was thinking you could do a renovation of Catarina Lynx’s house in this world as homage to the new member of the family!

Since autumn is around the corner, and with it Halloween (yay!), what do you think about building a home for a werewolf who fosters like younger inexperienced werewolves and helps them out? Omg kittens are cute but a struggle!! I found two under my deck on the 4th of July that were less than two weeks old. Their Mama was scared away for awhile so we took them in. We syringe fed them for a few weeks before moving to bottles, and finally real food. They’re about 11 weeks now and are a handful for sure. Especially since we already had two cats and two dogs. The dogs are scared of them 😂 and the cat each have their own opinions of them. Good luck with your kitten!!
Can you make an entrepreneur type build? Maybe like an at home nail tech using spa day? Or like a work from home type build!?

You've been using a lot of Jungle Adventure stuff recently -- maybe you could make a vacation home, or maybe something themed around archaeology? Like an Indiana Jones vibe, with maybe a plant/collectables interested partner?
The kids bedroom reminds me of the one Dipper and Mable have in Gravity Falls, so cute!

I had a build theme idea - I wonder if it's possible to combine brutalism and maximalism? I know you've said you enjoy both, so perhaps it's doable - and you've got the skills for it! Maybe a wood and concrete building, with exposed materials inside, and lots of deep colours and patterned fabric? Like someone who gets a lot secondhand, or is a fan of vintage, but also likes post-war architecture? Just a thought!

Amazing build! In the back of my mind I've been wanting to replace that Brindleton Bay starter home and this fits perfectly with the east coast vibe. Only issue is the winding staircase to the upstairs was missing when I downloaded it (even with moveobjects activated), but thanks to this video I was able to replicate and add it myself. Weird bug, I've seen it a couple of times with other people's builds too

I like to put plants or flowers in the yard in holiday homes because I make holidays for the Sims, especially for summer and autumn, which involve gardening.

As for community lots I’d love to see a turtle / sea life research station in Sulani. I think you could make it a ‘museum’ lot type. I know you would make it amazing!

I don't know if you would want to do this, but I've been trying to design my dream tiny home and it's been really difficult. I want a Tim Burton-esc Victorian Steampunk themed tiny home with a gaming space. You don't have to, and I understand if you don't want to, but I'm putting it out there just in case. 😊💜

guys, i'm a little new to all that, last time i played sims was 2011, and it was sims 3 lol. so now i see you can play sims 4 for free, but all these features and stuff in build i see here on these videos (which are amazing and very inspirational!!!) are available only with pre-paid packages, right?

@@Gryphi thank you! One more question 💕 when you raise terrain, I noticed that it shows as rock and not dirt. How do you do that? I want to start playing with different terrain heights but don't like the muddy appearance on the slopes.

I’ve only just found your gorgeous channel after recently getting back into Sims (have played since the original but life happens!) and I adore your builds. It’s so lovely seeing that family style, lived-in clutter - but it’s also a breath of fresh air to see something a little more pared back, such as in this design. Thank you for sharing your talent, I find it really inspiring! And good luck with your new kitten, they’re such busy explorers when they’re young -aren’t they! My void-cat Friday is 4 now and spends most of her time just lying around looking spectacular like the queen she is. Enjoy! 🫶

Have you ever tried pack specific builds? Such as exclusively using a pack/kit with base game (i.e: Cottage living or Courtyard Oasis)

I know sometimes you do youtube shorts where you just do a room at a time. One idea for some shorts is a series of kids rooms for kids with unusual hobbies. I work at an antique/craft store, and the kids that come in always surprise and impress me. Like some of them knit or build models or have random collections and a lot of niche knowledge. I just thought that might be fun to represent in the sims :)
