Medical students have only one time for appearing in neet in a year but jee students have many chances to appear in exam .if neet students get fail then they have to wait for the next year

by competition NEET is harder but by toughness we all know JEE is harder than NEET but after 2-3 years competition in JEE will rise and in NEET it will decrease

I think qualifying Jee is easier cuz of some1 studies for 10 hours everyday he might get good NIT or IIT ..... but can't say the same for Medical cuz if done 1 mistake in exam then you'll be left behind hundreds of others in rank......😢
